It was a decent hotel for the price. The location was convenient since we were there to take care of business at NMSU. The front desk lady was very nice.. i will use this hotel again.

The Hotel itself was nice, the staff was friendly and always willing to help when needed, the room were clean nothing major I just feel they could be cleaned a little better, I seen dust in the vents, and floor couldve been vacuumed better in some parts. The room had clean bedding.

Room was dirty, there was trash, hairs and bed seemed to have dirty sheets.

I have actually only written several reviews for properties and I have never given a negative review in my life, although I have stayed at some questionable properties. What very much disappoints me is when the Expedia app times out during a booking without providing confirmation, displays an error message, and when I refreshed and did resubmit the booking and it ended up making a duplicate booking. contacted Expedia right away (within minutes after my banner displayed two charges), and they told me they were working on deleting the duplicate reservation however it had already gone into this sleep inn. Expedia informed me they would have to contact the hotel to get a refund. This was not completed by the time we had to check in, and when I explained what occurred with a malfunctioning Expedia application to the front desk, they cannot do anything at the hotel. So I paid for two rooms when I only booked one. Beware of the app not functioning properly and if you do get timed out or anything bizarre happens I would highly highly highly recommend checking your bank account before you follow through and make another booking. I am very disappointed when an app malfunctions and I am double charged when I attempted to remedy the issue immediately. Needless to say, I will not stay at the property or use Expedia for my bookings again. Hopefully this helps another traveler in the future not be defrauded.

Bathroom was poorly designed and very outdated TV didn’t work very well hardly any channels and we just wanted to sit and rest from our travels and watch some TV so didn’t work out. Staff was friendly helpful.

It was horrible we had cockroach in our room the manager wouldn't come in on the weekend and could not get a refund so could not go somewhere else the wirse i have stayed at

DONT STAY HERE! Beds dirty, carpet dirty, smoke detector ripped out, shower leaking all the way onto carpet in room. My 3 year old son found a pill on the floor. Thank God he didnt eat it. When I went to complain at the front desk they didnt apologize. They didnt offer redund, discount, or offer to clean room. Also pool is not heated, very cold.

Great stay and affordable. No issues.

Room was dirty. Window was left open behind the curtains, made our room hot. Pillows were flat. AC unit was disgusting. Shower head was broken. Breakfast was disappointing. Just a severe lack of overall maintenance.

No hicieron limpieza, la puerta estaba en mal estado, se veía hacia adentro, nos cambiaron de habitación y la que nos dieron estaba ocupada por otro huésped, pero, la atención fue buena, la estancia, habitación y la cama muy cómoda, muy amplia…

Upon arrival the staff treated us fantastic. Took care of us. Answered all of our questions. The room was fantastic.

We rented for a little staycation , took my son swimming . Friendly staff Would stay again

The place was clean and rooms were nice. The shower had a 3-4 inch crack in the floor and the toilet wobbled excessively. The room smelled a little from the water leak in the shower.

We did not stay at this location. As I waited for check in about 15 minutes, I witnessed things that were not to my standards and decided not to check in or sign the bill.

Good value for the price. The room was clean. A fridge would have been awesome, but we made due. I liked that the window opened for fresh air however there was not a screen. Coffee was awesome and thanks to the gal at the front desk for being helpful.
