立地がとてもよく、部屋のバルコニーから見えるサンマルコ広場が最高でした。１日中バルコニーに出て景色、音楽が楽しめました。ホテルは老舗でとても雰囲気が良く、さらに清潔でスタッフのサービス、ホスピタリティも感じられました。このホテルで泊まれて本当によかったです。

Perfect location to explore Venice at any time of the day!

This was the perfect location and hotel for our stay in Venice as it was so close to the Piazza and only 200 feet max from the water taxi drop off and pick up. Highly recommend and would stay again due to the very kind staff, clean rooms, and great location.

Really helped my family. When traveling with a 90 year old. They really went above and beyond.

The staff was awesome

The location is convenient if you need to catch a train or bus the next day, as it’s close to the station. The room looks clean at first glance, but the carpet is dirty and there is mold in the bathroom. The smell of the air freshener in the room is also overwhelmingly strong. There are many other hotels near the station, so I wouldn’t say this one is the best choice.

Old World style, service and sheer class make this the ideal location in Venice IMO. Pay the small amount extra to have a view of the Basilica and Piazza out your window, plus it's right outside the hotel entrance - incredibly convenient. The concierge/desk staff made the visit even better with grace and helpful attitude. A cliche, but they truly do make one feel like family and want visitors to have their best experience possible. The breakfast was also superb but the staff, the location and the classic furnishings make this our new favorite hotel in all of Italy. Fantastico!

Proximity to st. Marks square.

Hotel is convenient to St Mark’s square. Not easy to get to with luggage. Staff is friendly. Rooms are not equipped with modern amenities(phone chargers by bedside)
