Parking was easy, check in was fast, room was clean.

Clean and convenient.

Front desk associates were excellent

Room was clean, but air conditioner had a hard time keeping up. The pool was dirty and didn't seem to be circulating water as it should be. Fun place for younger kids to stay.

No hot water, had to change hotels

The carpert was so filthy that our feet were sticky. The beds were clean. And the Staff is always lovely but this was our 4th visit to the Best Western and it has gone down in quality each visit. We will not return and will book a different stay next year.

Everything was nice as far as location and quiet. Room was clean except for carpet.

Good stay

The area around the property is sketchy, the pool was gross (mildew) and the lobby was outdated and the carpet was stained. No elevator, the outside door didn’t work. The staff was very pleasant.

Internet was very slow, pillows are old and kinda flat and the bathroom was very tiny. Otherwise decent.

Very old property. Electronic oor locks werent workong properly. Pool was full of bugs.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient. Had a little hiccup at check-in but got it worked out. Overall experience was good.

The beds definitely don't look fluffy and comfortable like the ones they show in photos- very uncomfortable, older beds that when you turn over, they about bounce you out of bed! Pillows were flat as pancakes. Surprise $100 deposit at check in not mentioned on Orbitz. Room was pretty clean- hair in shower and on bedding. Right next to pool is not very quiet. People up partying and loud at 4am. Sound barriers in room are not good- upstairs above us sounded like a wrestling match was going on. Breakfast food options limited as compared to other BW's and very basic. Holes in black out curtains let light in. A/C super loud and made an annoying high pitched sound. Pretty disappointing stay.

Great older property that is really well run. Rooms were clean. Pool was great. Hot breakfast was well tended and staff was always friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. Everything was easy actually. It’s older so some things show wear but overall this place is clean, safe and quiet with great amenities.

Dinosaur motif. No refrig or microwave very low class paid $200 and it was not worth it.

Clean and nice room and bathroom. Very good breakfast. Free and easy parking. Nice place to stay.

Wir haben vier Nächte hier verbracht und waren zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Es war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Alles vorhanden und funktionstüchtig, Kühlschrank, A/C, Mikrowelle. Ganztags Kaffee in der Lobby. Ein schöner Pool und Hottub, allerdings könnte hier öfter mal sauber gemacht werden (z.B. Blätter aus dem Pool entfernen). Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstüre, wir konnten unsere Nachbarn tagsüber oftmals deutlich hören, Nachts war es jedoch ruhig. Das Zimmer war einmal ein Raucherzimmer, man hat es noch leicht gerochen und die Vorhänge waren etwas vergilbt, das könnte mal erneuert werden und bei der Zimmerreiniung z.B. Raumspray verwenden. Ansonsten hat aber alles gepasst, wir waren zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen,

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. I wish the staff was better about not letting customers smoke weed on the property. I know its legal in here, but not everyone enjoys that smell.

This property was perfect for our trip for a concert at Red Rocks. It has plenty of parking and is in a fairly quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered lots of options, and the breakfast staff were so helpful, offering to carry drinks to our table, etc... Our only complaint was one of the exterior doors located on our side of the property was unable to be used, forcing us to enter through the main entrance each time. While this wasn't a huge inconvenience, it would have been nice to have the door accessible. The beds (and pillows) were great!
