Staff pool and location

I didnt like the staff or customer service. T. C WAS THE ONLY ONE OKAY. THEN THEY POPPED UP WITH AND EXTRA CHARGEVTHE NEXT DAYAND TRIED TO BE SMART ABOUT IT. THATVWAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN

My stay was the worse. I checked in Friday didn't have enough towels us to bathe with. They only give you 2 face towels and 2 big dry towels for 5 people, the next thing I get a call on Saturday bout 3pm they gonna charge me an extra $20.00 bc whatever his reason was for and then tried to be smart about the issue. The manager says that he don't have anything to do with the mistake they made when I checked in by not charging me more and they took it out of my deposit. The house keeper was rude also. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Clean quiet and nice

Very reasonable price for the room.

Stayed a week for work and room service was offered bi-weekly which isn’t a big thing for me. My room was on the interstate side and traffic noises made it hard for me to rest well. Other than that, not a lot to complain about

It was fine.

The room was comfortable though in need of some repairs in both the bathroom and around the back of the room. Bed frame was too large and I kept hitting my knee at the end of the bed. Bathroom was clean and bedroom area was clean but had a couple unwanted cricket visitors. Overall it was a comfortable stay and the staff was friendly and professional.

The room was clean and spacious. The check in attendant was friendly,helpful, curtious and informative.

There was no Breakfast witch was offered on the website, The bathroom door would not close, The Handicap bars in the bathtub were on the wrong side witch made it difficult to enter the tub without help

Always clean , nice beds, friendly staff.

I have never stayed in a motel before where you had to turn in your soiled towels to get clean ones. Motel is an old deteriorated structure with grubby vacant lots adjoining and has been painted and new furnishings. Electrical doesn't work well and poor interior lighting and over priced.

The room was clean. We did not have room service, except for emptying trash cans and bringing new towels during our entire stay. Our bed was never made throughout which is a big deal for me.

Convenient location, clean and neat rooms with friendly staff

No trash can in room.
