Rooms were clean.

Decent hotel in very central location, I was put on a floor where there wasn’t too much noise from hockey fans even though the Oilers won. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean, the view was great from the top floor gym/hot tub/swimming pool…what I didn’t like was the fact that the hotel needs a major update. It just feels like it’s fraying on the edges. Nothing major, but you’d think the billionaire who founded (still owns?)this could keep it updated and not let it go…it feels let go

Close to Rogers place with great dining options for far less money then the alternatives in the Ice District.

They could add body lotion to their hotel rooms and better desk chairs that are not worn out.

Great for an overnight trip to the oilers game

Very nice , overall! I appreciated the pool, hot tub and exercise room. They were very new and clean. The restaurant is incredible and the location is fantastic, as are the staff. The room could have been cleaner. The cleaners are likely not given enough time to clean as thoroughly as I like- there should not be a trace of the last person in the room, neither guest nor cleaner.

Clean room and comfortable bed, but it’s clearly outdated and showing its age.

The property was underwhelming. Desperately needing updating (which they were undertaking on a lower floor) The pool and hot tub were clean and it was a decent space. We had only spoken to the front desk staff twice and they were very nice.

Love the proximity to Roger’s. Quiet older hotel. Front Staff are always good.
