Room was great - staff were good Internet was tricky

The Staff was amazing super friendly and very helpful. Even during Renovations the location was very clean and organized. The Denny’s Restaurant was a great spot as well. 5 Star experience.

Couldn’t get ahold of front desk to help with two issues.

Staff, room, amenities terrible

This Sandman is under renovations and should be advertised as such BEFORE booking. Impossible to find your way from tower section to lobby without going outside and around the entire building. In winter this not fun. There is signage but directions were not specific or helpful. Room was satisfactory and staff were pleasant. Until the renovations are complete I suggest staying elsewhere in Kelowna.

Yes staff was fantastic. Was upset that i asked for room to be done as was changing from my sister staying Friday to my new husband Saturday night and they didn't change or make bed plus i left the dishwasher open so they could start it as i couldn't get it started and they didn't. Otherwise the staff was great.

Room was clean and nice. Only a few minor little things. Bathroom door did not latch and lock properly. Second with the renovations happening it was a tinny bit difficult to find out way to the pool from the tower. Lastly we were on the 10th floor and first thing in the morning the water pressure for the shower was very minimal

They were very friendly and accommodating to my wishes. My bed was so comfortable and I loved being so close to the shops around the hotel

The room was clean, lots of Towels, my only real complaint was that the Pool was extremely cold. There was some plumbing issues. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff sent my employees away as the credit card did not match the name of person and i tried getting a refund however was unsuccessful

It was alright but there was no free breakfast and the online page said they had a swimming pool but it was closed, luckily the hot tub opened up on our 2nd night of our 6 night stay

Good bang for the buck. Guest services were excellent.
