All is good but the room so old to renovate to best.

It’s nice to have an indoor pool when you have young kids. They enjoyed it a lot and the opening time is quite long, so we can still enjoy it in the early morning or after dinner.

Very spacious and very clean

We were impressed with the Holiday Inn, it was convenient for the purpose of our visit to the area. Good sized bedroom and comfortable super king bed. Great bathroom with popular products. Price was fair for the area. Food was of a good variety of choice, presented well. We did a room service meal, great service! Our TV lost it sound, Jason quickly got it sorted! No issues.

Hotel staff is great. The hotel is also in a nice location. I would go back again.

Staff were lovely from the check in to check out, and in the restaurant. We used the pool which was great. Only criticism is that the gave most of the pool to lane swimming with only a few people using that area and packed in around 15-20 people in one third of the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was great. Breakfast had a good choice and was kept tidy and filled.

Great food at the restaurant. Nice health suite for leisure activities. Room could do with a little renovation as the window doesn't close properly, leaving a gap. And some chipped tiles in the bathroom.

Disappointed there was no full service spa as in the hotels description. This is the reason why we booked this hotel. Hotel staff were nice. Gym was ok although the treadmill base I used had a layer of engrained sticky dust / gunk on it, as well as over the floor corners and window sills. Pool was ok.

the wifi wasn't working. the place is clean but bathroom are run down and need updating. the light is awful in the room - bright white LEDs!

I came to Cambridge for the weekend with my mum and sister and we had a wonderful time. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were basic but clean and the pool and gym facilities were brilliant (very hot jacuzzi and the hottest steam room I've ever been in!) and a nice bar area for the evenings (we didn't eat any meals at the restaurant) The breakfast was pricey (£14.95 each) but so worth it. Multiple cereals, juice, hot buffet, pastries - we loved it. We're already looking forward to coming again.

Very friendly staff. From the minute we arrived ,(reception team and guests social drink) we were made very welcome.

Its clear fhe hotel has had a lick of paint, but Stevie Wonder ciuld have done a better job Shower was hot and cold nit a consistent temperature. Bathroom from 20 years ago. TV had very little channels

First I would say I would recommend this hotel as a nice budget option, it looks lovely and is in a great location to access Cambridge and the surrounding areas, the pool and amenities are a great touch and the room was decent enough for the money which a nice tv, comfortable bed and a spacious room. - better suited for off peak travels Complimentary parking for IHG members was also a great touch meaning we saved considerably when it came to paying for parking unlike other hotels in the area. However - specific to our stay we were disrupted by a false fire alarm at 6am which continued for short bursts over a period of time because they “couldn’t reset it” which severely impacted our sleep. Our bedroom door was severely non soundproofed we could hear everything including the cleaning staff, knocking on other doors and other guests which sounded as if it was ours or in our room itself which wasn’t great and worsened by staying during half term meaning there were more kids around - which also meant the pool was very busy and we ended up not using it because of the amount of families at the time Also we had issues hearing water sounds from the bathroom and had no cold water on the day we checked in, making showering and washing hands difficult with only extremely hot water we also had issues with the toilet not flushing properly - the cold water was restored the day after when we had informed the reception staff but the toilet continued as an issue.
