Having a remote person on a screen handling the check-in was a bit cold and weird; seemed like he was doing a lot of keypunching in data. Room was very nice and the breakfast waffles were delicious.

Degelijk, maar basic hotel, goed voor 1 of 2 nachten. Karig ontbijt. Geen menselijk contact gehad, noch voor de check-in, noch bij het ontbijt.

Room was good, bed comfortable and shower clean. The "FREE Deluxe Breakfast" well waffle, muffin and cereal is not Deluxe, where is the protein?. Otherwise good

Check in is flustrating as you talk to a screen. Rooms are walk away from Reception and smell damp. Breakfast is horrible, uneatable.

No protein in the breakfast to be honest prefer live people for check in

Nice location. Price very reasonable for the area. Room was cozy, comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants a place to stay for a while. As so many things are nearby. Food, shopping and entertainment.

Im not use to using a kiosk to check in. If you cant have a real person to greet you at check in, why are you even in the hospitality business. Last time you will ever see me.

I hanging out sometimes at the El Estadio Latin Bar and Grill until 2:00 am. And is convenient for me stay in this hotel next to the bar. To avoid drive to home

I was not impressed by having to check in with a remote desk clerk. How completely impersonal. English was not his first language. I'm really tired of being subjected to impersonal service.
