Really enjoyed our stayed could be so much better if they updated it with modern features like more plugs for electrical and charging. And also ev charging.

Properly little outdated but still luxurious. The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and the pool was lovely.

We had a great stay at the Omni! The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. Self-parking was simple, just a few steps away in the garage. We did have an issue with the iron not getting hot, but when we called the front desk, they immediately brought up a new one. We also requested a refrigerator since the room didn’t include one, and they brought it up quickly and let us keep it for our entire stay, which was a huge plus. Another big highlight was that they allowed us to check in early when our flight arrived ahead of schedule. That level of flexibility and customer service made a big difference. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely stay here again!

The staff in every part of the Hotel! They were especially amazing. I will always stay at the Omni when I visit Houston. The rooms are a little dated but it features the history of this iconic Hotel. Will definitely return.

Bad smell in room everything else was good

This was a great stay , everything was great from the service to the actual space. The only thing is the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we made it work!

The view from the bedroom was terrible but while the room looked clean the bed sheets seemed to smell like they had been used and not changed. We had the view of the hotel’s 2nd floor exterior roof top and all the mechanical elements. Lucky we stayed only one night.

The hotel is beautiful, the ambiance is nice. All the staff were great! We will be back to stay whenever we're in town.

Great property and in top shape upkeep wise. Parking is overly expensive so account for $35 (self) to $52 (valet) or more as you assess total cost of the stay.

The Stay was good. Staff was helpful and nice. Service was also great. Parking is high for self parking that’s not connected to the hotel $32 a night plus tax. Rooms and the bathrooms are outdated. Other than that it’s a cool place to stay. Pool area is nice.
