Chris and other members of Concierge team were very friendly and welcoming. Front staff were okay but didnt offer any info about the hotel such as options for breakfast or that there is a terrace. We liked the location, walkable to most sites. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a good bonus.

The staff are very helpful and friendly made. You feel comfortable at home and they are very willing to get whenever you wanted. Great location in Vancouver downtown nice and quiet location. We requested a quiet room excellent stay

We scored a deal of 245 a night which in the area is an absolute bargain. If I was to pay normal rates closing in on 500 a night I’d shop around. Definitely designed and built in the 70s without much renovation since but still has a charm to it. The staff are exceptional as are the gardens and local. It really is a quirky yet very cool hotel in a spectacular location.

Great place to stay, amazing location

In the heart of downtown, steps away from food and shopping, 10 minute walk to casino, BC Place (soccer) & Rogers Arena (hockey). clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice restaurant & bar on site.

I love this property. It's central to everything. It offers all to a guest would need. Its my favorite place to stay when in the city. I recommend it everyone! It truly is an amazing place to stay! 😀

Fantastic location and spacious rooms.

Great location near theatre and stadiums. Hotel showing its' age though. My suite had lovely huge windows in the bedroom, but rest of suite with mini kitchen and living room seating area very dark with no windows. Still, the pool was great and would stay here again.

Great place to come with kids

I booked the room at the last minute, not knowing what to expect. It was fantastic! The size of the room, the cleanliness, the hotel itself, everything was beyond my expectations. This will be my place each time I will go to Vancouver.

Room was nice and clean. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. But AC in room wouldn't go below 68F (20C).

We didn't use the breakfast in the hotel but there are many choices in the area.
