I like everything but think the breakfast charge is @ Little crazy

Great hotel and location

Over all horrible experience staff work there like they hate their job super disrespectful except for Alex he was nice our room was dirty their was mold all over the roof and restroom gave us a hard time about changing us room when we finally got a room change the 2nd room the lights didn’t work… by this time we decided to leave the hotel we didn’t wanna deal with a dirty hotel and rude staff

Beautiful ocean view , couldn’t get over it , everything was just perfect.

We booked our stay 3 months in advance of our trip and when it came time to check in we were told that the specific room we booked was still not clean and was offered a different version of the room. We were told

Overall the hotel was good , but I they have to double check before charging people for things that it’s already be paid for.. I paid for the hotel through Expedia app, and I was supposed to paid$150 at the location, after I got to the location they charged their $150 and two weeks later they charged me $357 I have no idea why.. I’ve been calling them and no one is answering

I like the entertainment they had every night. The beach was nice and there was a bigger nicer beach a short walk alway. The pools were nice. Staff was amazing. The only issues that I had was with the laundry rooms. They didn’t work and had to go to a different hotel to wash clothes and also had small ants in our room, but other than that property was great and staff was awesome!

Spent a little over a week here, had an amazing time, great staff all around, great area, beautiful views from the 5th floor. Highly recommend

I do not recommend staying at the Condado Plaza:. The hotel is extremely rundown and in serious need of renovation. Our room had multiple maintenance issues: faucet was clogged and wouldn’t drain. * The soap bar holder was broken hanging from the shower wall • The shower constantly dripped. • The balcony door was jammed, and at one point my son couldn’t even get into the room. • The TV stand had exposed, tangled wires hanging down. • Curtains were stained, the floor was dirty, and the door frame was cracked. • The interior door knob mechanism fell off completely. I called maintenance and, while they came to “fix” it, it broke again just two hours later. Additionally, the in-room safe didn’t work. I asked to switch rooms due to a strong mildew smell and excess moisture, but the new room had the same issues. It’s hard to believe this property is part of the Hilton brand given the poor condition and high nightly rate. To make things worse, the main elevators were out of service for part of our stay—only one was working. On other days, we were forced to use an exterior elevator. This hotel requires major improvements, and I strongly suggest booking elsewhere. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

I loved the food and the weather

It was nice we had a few issues when we arrived but staff was quick about fixing the issues so it was a nice stay. A lot of stuff in walking distance and a nice beach

Great location the resort was clean with a nice size pool and beach,also walkable to bars and restaurants.

Service was good communication was excellent but the elevator was hit or miss that didn’t work they’ve got two elevators for that whole property and one of them been broken for two years

What I didn’t like was that the closet area was in the bathroom? The gym area was not well equipped. A lot of the machines were broken the area that it was placed was secluded. It should’ve had a door security entrance with a key card. The air conditioning in the room was controlled by the hotel. It was a little warm in the room. The lock on the balcony door never locked. It kept turning and turning, but never locked. I went next-door neighbors and ended up smoking pot. I felt security in the building should’ve been on top of that. That would’ve been room 921. To add to that we had to hear all their arguing in room 921 in the night and in the morning of slamming of the doors and screaming and yelling in the morning. I also felt that on the car Parking as I bought this vacation as a package deal as air hotel car rental that the car package Parking should’ve had a better discount than $25 or $26 a day.

Elevator didnt work properly most the stay, locked out of room multiple times, long waits for service to regain entry, over priced parking garage
