Nice and very reasonably priced hotel. My only complaint is the $45 charge for an overnight parking. There is no self parking even though there is a huge parking lot on the property usually holding a dozen or so cars. This is not a high volume or downtown area where parking should cost 1/2 or 1/3 of the room charge and there's no reason at all that there can't be self parking in the lot.

Historical property with beautiful upgrades.

This was an amazing stay for us in Dallas. Close and accessible to the downtown arts district. Great amenities on site. Historic and classic in all the right ways. A true gem!

Beautiful hotel- we checked in late after a cancelled flight and stayed an extra day. Extremely comfortable!

I always stay there it’s the BEST

Cozy room. Not your typical looking hotel. Nice vibe from the time we pulled up until we left. Bar had entertainment. Beds were comfort, pillows not so much. Glad I brought my own.

This is a lovely older property in the Oaklawn area of Dallas. Great area for shopping, eating and accessing other areas of Dallas. They have a wonderful spa with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We plan to return very soon.

This is my second time here and I was a little skeptical about the old time vibes but everyone was wonderful, friendly and the accomodations were clean, and they thought about everything one could need when staying in a hotel.

Great hotel with spacious rooms. Nice location near lgbtq area. Beautiful pool. Restaurant needs work but all in all a quiet property. The lounge bar is excellent with great live music.

Very nice historic landmark property. Clean, comfortable, nice pool area, friendly staff and awesome bar with live music six nights a week. Cant wait to go back.

Such a beautiful place! Love the library bar in the lounge too! Staff are so welcoming and accommodating.

I have stayed at several properties in Dallas but this may be my new favorite. I love the historic beauty and location and the spacious rooms. I will definately be back.

Great place. Beautiful building. Was disappointed that valet parking is the only available option unless you find a spot on the street and hope you don’t get a parking ticket. Our stay was lovely. Beds are a bit hard but overall we were happy.

The Warwick is quickly becoming my second home… perfect in literally every way !
