Amazing staff and beautiful view.

Room (suite) was definitely dated and could use a refurbishment. This place used to be THE place in Havasu. It's going to take some doing to reach that level again. Still the best location though.

The nautical is located at the best spot- right on the river. When you wake up, you can watch the sunrise. Very nice location

Beautiful Setting Well laid out

Value for what you pay for, awesome views, great location. Older property, but it does have a lot of charm. Again, this is Lake Havasu and compared to most other properties this is one of the better ones.

Rooms need updating, still seems like a party resort. Lots of noise from neighboring rooms, slamming doors, loud stomping all night long.

Had a wonderful time. Rented a pontoon twice - very reasonable. Room was clean, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Pet friendly. Some restrictions on hours at general store, and coffee bar due to off season

Staff is very friendly. Rooms need a bit upgrading and deeper clean, mostly the bathrooms. Overall a great place to stay!

Property has a great location. Front staff was nice and fast check in. Rooms are in decent shape. Chair in room did have some stains on it. View is great. Food was good at The Turtle Grill. I would return....Hopefully with my boat next time.
