I did not have breakfast. Just room only stay. Shame the lift was out of order. Room was clean, noisy under foot- laminate floor was echoed as you walk on it. Lead to complaint made by room below. Hotel was clean and staff were lovely. Just a shake about lift and being complained about!

Superb location, very close to shops and dinning options, right in the door of Cardiff Castle and very close to the Cardiff National museum. The room was clean, nice and the staff did the bed and changed my towels all days. Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t say anything about that. The lift was broken so this was an issue in terms of accessibility. Would return again.

Our third stay here. Breakfast was disappointing this time - overcooked food, making it dry and not very nice. Staff were friendly and welcoming but often slow service in the bar area. Comfortable and clean but could do with a refresh.

Price for breakfast was fair ,query what if you just would like a bowl of cereal as some people do not have a desire to eat anything else. The room was clean,tidy. Staff were friendly /helpful.
