The room was beautiful and one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. However the parking is ridiculous. You are told on arrival you must pay for parking for the duration not per day. This is an issue because you spend most of your evening driving around to find a space. The spaces are very small so your car is at risk of being scratched daily. The breakfast is shocking for £17.50 a head so avoid at all costs. The staff on reception and breakfast seem short staffed and short tempered. I also did not have my room replaced for towels or cleaned for the duration of our stay. Such a shame as the hotel is very pretty but the service did not replicate this for me and we would not stay here again

The pool and the spa was Very relaxing

Very clean and fairly modern design. Lovely bar area and restaurant but the gym and pool were very dated and the walls were painfully thin. Super friendly staff

The Breakfast wasn't great, the English breakfast everything was cold. They didn't replenish things quick enough, the bread was stale when I went to toast it and there weren't many pastries. The bar man (Tom) was lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The room was lovely and clean.

Excellent location, the room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The staff polite, friendly and helpful particularly the receptionist, waitress in the dining room whose name I didn’t get. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the menu looked very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back, hopefully get to use the Spa facility next time.

The property location & general cleanliness of the property was of a high standard. The only thing that let it down was the changing rooms of the gym needed to be cleaned.

Interesting property not your typical every day hotel. There is no elevator so it made it a little more difficult. Beautiful bar and restaurant.

Good place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. Spa and pool area is good with a good steamroom and sauna.

Easter Weekend, arrived on Good Friday 2pm to be told to go back at 3pm, which was the proper check-in time. We were allowed to leave bags and took the opportunity to explore area. Got back at 3pm to face a queue of guests waiting to check in and only 1 person on desk. When we got to speak to teh person on the desk we were told that our check in details have not come through, but she had all our info, asked for payment and asked us to wait and that she would get back to us. We went to the bar and ordered a drink, waited for approx 45 mins before heading back to the desk to find out what was the delay. At this point she said all was OK and gave us the room entry card. Room was of good size and clean, bathroom was also clean although it would have been better to have glasses instead of plastic cups. Bed was comfortable. Room view was to the street, which was fine. The hotel is well situated and has a few nice family restaurants near by. Breakfast was good and staff were welcoming, helpful and bright. Spa/Swimming Pool was a bit of a hit and miss, we did not see anybody attending it, the gym is fairly tired and in need of new equipment. The Pool is good and big enough to exercise as well as just enjoy a splash. The jacuzzi is also of good size and enjoyable. THe Sauna is good, but could do with a bit of aroma. The Steam Room was nice, but was not working all the time. The bar was also decent and it seem to be popular for afternoon tea. Parking is NOT FREE.

Staff member Thomas was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Hotel is average and rooms have been updated. Parking spaces very compact.

Breakfast was a little cold, reception staff I found very rude and not welcoming. Told them there was blood on the sheets and they didn't change them I then had to ask the cleaner myself. Awful drainage smell in the bathroom.

£12 for car parking which was hidden I the hotel details but nice hotel clean and good amenities

Clean staff was nice and friendly helpful spa was really good Only1 thing there was no food or snacks on Sunday evening

Great gym and pool, located near beach and amenities

The hotel was very quiet clean and the staff are excellent,especially one of the mangers Thomas ,who was very helpful with are heating and all the advice he gave us .
