We had the most beautiful view of the cathedral and the location was amazing. Victoria was a great host and gave us the best info that we needed for our stay. The outdoor jacuzzi felt amazing!

I would not recommend this property. There was nothing 5 star about it. The room had spiders, ac didn’t work, staff weren’t friendly.

I believe this is the oldest hotel in Lourdes. The owners have done an incredible job of renovation. The attention to every detail from comfortable beds, beautiful bedding, amenities in the bathroom, a fantasticily gorgeous indoor, swimming, pool, and hot tub outside. The staff is obviously hand-picked for professionalism, extreme kindness cheerfulness. I especially like the evening checks to make sure everything is OK and if more towels or anything is needed in the room. Such a feeling of being cared for welcomed, and a feeling to be at home. An easy location walking to the grotto, as well as to shops and other features in the town of Lourdes, I highly recommend this for a beautiful respite while in Lourdes. Also dining at the restaurant, the food was phenomenal, extreme attention to detail in the preparation, quality and presentation of the meal. A gorgeous breakfast as well.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean. The staff is very nice and welcoming. We loved the location and how it was walkable to the church. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and we hope to visit again :)

Well located. Dining expensive and I didnt enjoy- bed sheets and pillows very rough- not too much lighting- AC not working.

The resturant was excellent; service of the staff was outstanding. The entire stay was first class.

A very beautiful stay, recommend rooms with Lourdes Grotto and river view. Highlight is the dinner by chef Samuel Gomez worthy of Michelin star!

The hotel was within walking distance to the Lourdes sanctuary, 10 minutes. The area had lots of different options for restaurants. The room was very spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Overall, my experience at this place was... just alright. But definitely does not reflect those stars as they promote. One thing I hated was their hallway wall lights. Black hallway with the wall lights that shine directly into your eyes. It's a horrible design (weird thing to point out, but it really bothered me). The room smelled horrible when we entered, but then we got used to it... so that wasn't a pleasant experience. The room cleanliness was ok. The shower only had a small glass coverage, and it was impossible to take a shower without flooding the floor. again, horrible design. overall just ok. I am not sure if I will return.

This is NOT a five star hotel. The property is odd and run down. They attempted to do a remodel to update this old hotel, but it’s weird. The shower looked like an afterthought, the spa isn’t a spa and rooms are cheap. I stay in many hotels but this was a real fail

Hôtel affiché 5* reçu en 2020 ! Je ne pense pas que le renouvellement en 2025 se fera en 5*. État lamentable (peinture, moquette…) fenêtre qui ferme mal. Climatisation non fonctionnel. Insonorisation inexistante, bruit des chambres à côté et au-dessus (chien qui aboie et bruit de pas). Équipement extérieur : un jacuzzi sur 3 opérationnels ! Quand vous descendez à la réception, pour indiquer les problèmes de la chambre, on vous dit qu’on va vous changer de chambre… Au retour à l’hôtel, la réception nous indique que tous les problèmes sont réglés et qu’il n’est pas nécessaire de changer de chambre. Mais en réalité, rien n’a été réglé. Et quand vous descendez à la réception pour indiquer que les problèmes existe toujours, La réceptionniste vous répond que tout a été réglé et n’a même pas la politesse de vous regarder en face pour vous répondre. .
