Room need update beds were not the best. Front desk guy had a bad attitude making faces. I told him the pictures on the expedia are not the same. He answer that what you get by buying thru expedia. If they dont loke there job is not the guess problem.

Great hotel in TJ, good location with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are big and clean.

Los servicios, lo centrico. No me gusto que las alfombras ya huelen a viejas. Pero el cuarto esta bien y las camas son confortables. El personal solo hace su trabajo.

Buena ubicación y buen servicio

Over my last three stays, the Executive rooms on the 31st floor feel noticeably outdated. The rooms are very basic, with small, uncomfortable beds, and lack the level of comfort and refinement you’d expect from an Executive category. What once felt like a higher-end hotel experience now feels closer to a budget motel. It’s especially disappointing because the lobby and pool area remain beautiful and well maintained, creating a stark contrast with the rooms themselves. Unfortunately, the Executive rooms are closer to a 2–3 star experience at best -some newer budget hotels feel more updated. I’ll likely continue staying at Quartz, which is disappointing, as I used to genuinely enjoy staying at the Grand.

Check in receptionist was stand offish. She just checked me in and gave me my card. Didn’t direct me to the elevator or explain what amenities hotel had or what floors they were in.

You can't go wrong at staying at The Grand! I have been here several times and every time has been great! Staff very helpful! Housekeeping does a wonderful job! Room service is good too! Beautiful hotel!

Yes and No I arrived around 1:45pm the lady at the front desk was checking someone in she gave them their key,When she started to help me she said your room not ready and just stood there, i ask her what time it will be ready she was like I don't know came back at 5pm and check in

La habitación en donde me hospedé necesita un poco de mantenimiento en las paredes del baño ya que se estaba desprendiendo el recubrimiento

Housekeeper stole stuff that was hidden. I made a complaint while I was there and I still have yet to hear back from them. Its unfortunate because I travel to the area alot and now I wont stay there. Best amenities but them not doing anything, shows alot
