The hotel is lovely as well as the service. Easy check in as well as the check out.

It’s my go to hotel destination. There are nicer hotels in the area but not at this price. This is the nicer part of town so it seems very reasonable when they set up their rates. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because we were in the executive floor and it looks like the restrooms were recently remodeled but the furniture in the room/ the beds. We’re all outdated. I’ve stayed in other rooms in this hotel which seem to be more modern. Just felt like the executive floor should’ve been prioritized.

The staff was super welcoming and had amazing hospitality. The hotel is very clean and well organized. The best part is that there are options for food in the hotel making it easier to not have to leave. The amenities were great especially the heated pool. We are definitely coming back.

It was a perfect location and close to all the fine dining. The casino is great. Everybody was very nice. I loved it.

His commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience truly stands out. We also had the pleasure of spending time at the Grand Club on the 32nd floor, where Jorge greeted us with a warm smile and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. His hospitality made our experience even more memorable. During our breakfast time at the restaurant, we had the pleasure to be hosted by Ospicio, great customer service and very friendly guy. Grand Hotel Tijuana never disappoints. The security team and every member of the staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. We always look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a first-class experience.

Al momento de reservar marcamos para preguntar si podíamos tomar bebidas alcoholicas en el área de alberca, se nos dijo que si, siempre y cuando no fueran de vidrio, sin embargo al llegar la persona encargada nos dijo que no se podía beber alcohol en el área de alberca, a lo cual después nos dimos cuenta que lo que insinuó es que no se podían beber bebidas alcoholicas externas, querían que a fuerzas compráramos ahí, deberían ser más claros con la información, ya que con esta regla mejor nos ciñamos a u hotel con day pass
