Ok

The room was OK. The pillows were flat and appeared to be 20 years old and this is no exaggeration. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom didn't have a light just a mirror that lite up, thus making it difficult to shower in the dark and get ready in the morning. If all you are looking for is a bed to lay your head at an affordable price then this is it.

The receptionist girl is very attentive and professional

Staff was helpful to change my room to a tub/shower combo. Plumbing was not working the best... Room was clean though.

Cheap only good thing. Dirty bed, no toilet paper, dirty walls, noisy

This property is usually decent but in the morning I had no hot water.

Not pleased that I was stopped by the police twice as I went to my car and asked for license registration and insurance without any cause whatsoever. I informed management and asked why the police were allowed to constantly patrol their private property they told me the Calgary government informed them if they did not let police to come onto the property at any time they would cancel their business license and shut them down . I fact checked this and it’s true. The place is nice and it’s very reasonable price but make sure you are careful and give yourself extra time when heading to meetings or appointment to be searched and have your information confirmed with motor vehicle office. If you have any issues that can make you look impaired, like a leg that is disabled such as mine that makes me wobble a little atm, then you get to be humiliated publicly by blowing into the alert machine. I of course have asthma and got told off for being difficult . But it’s a nice hotel, I feel sorry for the owners

The beds were awful you could feel the springs. It had a bad smell in room and hallway . Lots of big potholes in parking lot.

The walls were to thin. You can hear others in the rooms plus housekeeper banging & slamming doors early in the morning.

Our stay was good clean room, only think was no face cloths and the one side of the shower was syliconed shut.

Its a presentable hotel but the area around toilets isnt cleaned a lot of damage in the room and the area around the hotel is kinda filled with trash and the bed sheets had stains. I was a past housekeeper for a hotel if i let a room have a guest like that id be fired on the spot or put back to public areas so I could be supervised this is my honest opinion but for the price I paid for my room i guess its what I deserved.

We were three people on the line waiting for services and just one person helping even though there was another gentleman beside apparently doing nothing.

Very good overall experience. Room was clean, comfortable and big enough for two people. Staff was very friendly and well mannered. What surprised me more was their prices during long weekend. I’m really impressed.

Right when we got there a guy was getting arrested. We asked for an addyional blanket twice yet we never got the blanket or a response. The shower wasnt making questionable noises. The hallway was literred a bit. There was no water fountain yet there was a gym and a washer/dryer. We werent even sure where the entrance was and the reception looked very informal.

Only an overnight stay for pick up in the morning. It was clean and I fell right asleep. Quick food nearby would of helped but Just slept.
