Okay experience

Wish they had breakfast. Rooms we very clean though

They should have a cafeteria for breakfast. Receptionists were friendly and accomodating.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend! I would strongly advise saving your money and spending it elsewhere. There are far better hotels nearby for just a little more. Unfortunately, my stay here was nothing short of dreadful. The room was in poor condition the sheets were dirty, and there were stains and unpleasant odors everywhere. It honestly felt like the soiled sheets were just reused and thrown back on the bed for the next guest. To make matters worse, when I arrived for check-in, the front desk receptionist was nowhere to be found. I had to wait about 10 minutes, and it seemed like he was busy getting the room ready which was hardly reassuring given the state of the room I was about to enter. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the overall experience was deeply unsettling. I honestly feel traumatized by the condition of the place. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

While the hotel looked nice at first glance, stepping off of the elevator on the fourth floor exposed the pungent smell of pee and cigarette smoke that is in the carpet/walls. We knew we were in for it then. Although neighbors were very respectful (not loud), the mattress had more spring than padding, and the internet connection was poor at best, non-existent at worst. In sum, Emerald is ok for one night if you need to get up early and go to the airport. Not sure if it’s a good idea for longer or if you would want to bring your kids here.

Avoid staying at this hotel. Should not be supported by Expedia.

Checked us in to a half cleaned room! Asked for room to be re-done left for 2 hours to give them time to redo was not done. Asked again after returning they sent maintenance man up with towels and spray bottle of disinfect. We left next morning without showering because we were afraid to get into shower it was so dirty with grit and hairs.

The place is very dirty from snot on the bed frame to things stuck to the walls, carpet eas dirty with pieces of paper and dirt, the whole hotel needs a pressure wash from the front doors to the elevatorvary dirty not worth the mone i had to pay

The room was filthy. There wasn't a clean spot in the room. Bathtub had hair. Walls dirty. Carpet filthy. A/C not adjustable. Broken window glass. Moldy caulk, sink moldy, slow drain, smells of mold. TV good, sheets clean. Entry to building disgraceful. Unsavory characters about. Garbage and cig butts litter outside. Dirty window. Terrible place to stay. Front counter dirty. One elevator out of service. Filthy elevator.

Water tap for face wash was extremely slow and provided towels are not clean
