The first room provided to us was dirty and the floor smelled like cigarettes so we had to ask for a room change. The 2nd room was located on the renovated floor and was better but bathroom also smelled like cigarettes despite us booking a non-smoking room.

The room was super clean and check in was so easy and fast and efficient. Everything was excellent. I extended my stay and that also was very easy and accomodating. As far as the housekeeping it wasnt really done when i requested it wasnt done when i had left the room. The housekeeping woman came a few hours later and just dropped off towels and sheets. Thats the only flaw they lacked during my stay.

Terrible et terrible !! Les. Clients de cet hôtel Emerald sont tous et toutes les sans abris et drogués . Endroit hôtel dangereux !! Vous devriez me rembourser mon argent comme indemnité de suite !! 4 jours sans chauffage dans la chambre c’est quoi ça !! J’ai déposé même une plainte à la police de Calgary

The room was excellent except one personnel in the evening wasn’t as cordial as the morning personnel. We wish free breakfast is part of the package as other hotels do.

Room was nice. But there is a trash left from previous guest that wasn’t cleaned. Empty cup was behind the TV. A bag from a fast food was left behind by the bed. Shower curtains were dirty. Toilet seat was not properly cleaned and unscrewed. Although the price was reasonable let’s not forget to clean it properly.

Room was not clean and also beds unchanged, still have human hair,lint still on sheets from their clothes who stayed in the room, stained pillows,.We ask for new sets and we did changed one of the bed. Tired of moving to another room bathroom's dirty floor not vacuumed and no over head light except to the mirror lights,even the bedroom just the lamp shade. Hotel needs better housekeeping management. One Elevator are Out of Order. This place must be inspected. I don't recommend this hotel.
