The hotel staff couldn’t get control over the tons of kids yelling, running about everywhere and climbing all over and the kids and parents of the kids didn’t care about other patrons of the hotel and we found a bug on our pillow. We asked for some face cloths and they said they would deliver them to the room and never did. I wiuld not recommend this to anyone that wants quiet at all even when they try to eat in their cafe.

Like ? You mean vip sakebow or with the last name be vip to my hotel but only on them days I choose and a selection will only but coreen will be with my other hotel motels etc give no hassle to my selection of sakebow

Staff at this hotel are excellent. From check in staff to the staff at the restaurant and lounge. I always have a great experience. Rooms are great and the property is beautiful in the main area.

There seems to be no security doing nightly checks, kids running up and down the hallway till midnight makes it hard to sleep

Clean room. Lots of space. Shower sprayed outside the shower all over the floor as there was no door. Needed multiple towels down. At 10pm when it wasnt busy we asked for towels and a pillow. Had to call multiple times and didnt get the items until almost 1.5 hours had passed, 1 trip down to front desk and 3 phone calls.
