Comfortable room, clean and a lot of amenities to use in the hotel. I also had a minor issue with the shower which was very promptly rectified after being reported, so thank you for the excellent service and stay

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in firstly the pool well if u want eyes at the end of it don't go in quoted by a staff member you can get high off the chlorine that's correct because my eyes were on fire and came out in rashes as my skin is very sensitive so yh give the pool a miss and there was a dirty tampon on the floor in the changing room and hair on the floor and if you want to get through to reception because of noisey neighbours at night you can't even though I was told there was a big African guy who's the supervisor that should have taken my calls but instead was in the back room that was very dangerous I'm a single mum what if there was an emergency or something so I had to knock on the neighbours doors and tell them myself very loud music and very loud people shouting and when u have a child that's been woken up it's not great I couldn't leave her in the room while I knocked on either so I had to take my girl with me which I hated the man should have picked up the least I expect is security one thing that was outstanding was the bed was amazing and the food at the pub and grill was spot on! The other thing that wasn't good there's no playground for children no nothing for children except the eye watering pool so that wasn't great at all beware your children will be utterly bored never coming again thank you

The shower dripped slightly which was only noticed when we bedded down to sleep due to the dripping noise. The swim and spa area was enjoyed and the room very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A basic hotel that was fine but had a number of flaws. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything said by our neighbours next door. In the room, all of the hooks had snapped off leaving nowhere to hang towels, there was no aircon and the room was 27degrees on entry and a challenge to cool down. Additionally, the room is only freshened up on request, meaning no replacement mugs, tea bags etc. for days and it would have been very helpful to have water glasses provided. Lastly, check-in is done digitally and there is no way to contact reception as the ‘contact’ option is an ai bot which only tells you the opening hours of the restaurant- useless.

Loved staying here, room was clean and having access to the SPA is a bonus. Pub onsite is a nice one too.

The bar was loud. No ginger ale. Food was expensive but delicious. Bar staff a bit unfriendly and not experienced in bar work in my opinion.
