Todo está muy bien lo único que me cargaron algunas cosas de más y el depósito de 100 dólares que me lo regresaban en 24 horas

Very nice

The air conditioning did not work and they moved us to another room and it was the same we waited over an hour to get moved. The staff was ok at best. I stayed at Lucerna in Mexicali and it was great and great staff!

They tried their best but they did not keep their promise to have a refrigerator in the room for my daughter‘s medication. They promised three times and it never happened. They did finally give me a big bucket of ice to place her insulin and other medications that needed to be refrigerated. When we arrived, the woman at the front desk rather, impolitely informed me that we would not be having a refrigerator or microwave in our room as promised. However, the rest of the staff was extremely polite and cordial. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and they treated my daughter well after her surgery. The price for our two rooms was very good. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Mexico. I’m sure during my next stay if I require, they will make sure I will have a refrigerator and possibly a microwave. if I encounter the same young woman again, I will ask for someone else to help me. You’ll know who she is when you meet her.

El hotel está bien mantenido y bonito, pero podría mejorar sus camas, el colchón estaba notablemente duro y viejo, otra idea sería una cancha de pickleball o pádel para ofrecer algo más que piscina. En general buena experiencia.

Descontento por falta de compromiso por lo prometido de vender un paquete de esta día con desayuno incluido y me negaron el desayuno tuve que pagarlo por racistas por pedirmedosnmil pesos de depósito por seguridad del cuarto por ser latino porque estuve presente cuando americanos isieron reservación a ellos no les pidieron depósito y eso es racismo

El hotel es lindo pero para el costo y la habitación que me toco creo que no vale lo que uno paga, definitivamente tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad ya la silla del escritorio estaba sucio (manchada) mi habitación daba a la calle y se escuchaba mucho ruido, la habitación continua se escuchaba todo, así que creo que mi experiencia no fue tan buena en esta ocasión. El restaurante Ravioli y el servicio es fenomenal.

It’s been several times I’ve stayed in that Hotel. The rooms always smell humid, and I tried this last time to let it go but the smell like sewer was strong and when I asked, do to me being on a cane I asked if they had rooms in the first floor or elevator access they said no, not only did they give me a room in the second floor where there was no elevator the send me to the last room in the corner. Don’t think I’ll stay there anymore. The hotel is not cheap to be in Tijuana and for them to act the way they do is not worth it.
