Enjoyed the pool. The water temperature was great. Mike was very helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet

Chambre assez grande et bien équipée. La chambre était très propre (lit et salle de bain). 3 points négatifs : - enregistrement bien trop long malgré un prépaiement, changez de logiciel ou formez votre personnel ! - petit déjeuner qui n'a rien de continental ni de complet, c'est décevant et sans intérêt (pas de protéines, pas de viande, pas de fromage, pas d'oeufs brouillés, pas de chocolat chaud...). Ce n'est pas nouveau et l'hôtel ne semble pas en tenir compte - ce point n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'hôtel, même s'il pourrait agir, mais l'hôtel en face laisse la musique d'ambiance extérieure toute la nuit, c'est inacceptable, vraiment pénible lorsque vous êtes dans les chambres en face.

Room was average. Breakfast had very limited options and never any variety. Pool seemed ok for the kids.

Tv kept cutting out. The people above were stomping around all night. Parking was brutal and could hear the c train every 30 mins like it was in the room. Bed was rock hard

Tv connection was terrible, tv shows would freeze and then go to a fuzzy screen and say weak connection.

I never did check-in and cannot connect with the chat function to get with hotels.com

Everything was good

I stayed in the king standard, it had a fridge, stove, microwave, even a kitchen sink! Its an older building for sure, but the bed was comfy, the shower was hot with nice pressure, tv worked & the pancakes at breakfast were tasty. It

Loud

We like it that there is a heater inside the washroom. Quiet place and we enjoy the pool and hot tub. The room is clean and spacious. We did not enjoy the breakfast that much,. we are looking for something like sausages or bacon and potato wedges maybe just to add up some protein.

I could not sleep due to very loud sound of LRT running every 10 minutes.
