After driving 13 hours north to this hotel, we found that both the refrigerator and microwave were not working in our “king suite” costing $272. We needed to use both but couldn’t. Manager could not adjust our bill because we booked through Expedia. I won’t book through the website again if I can’t get any $ back.

Liked the clean room and courteous staff. Breakfast included a nice selection of food items.

Loved the room & very hospitable staff at check in!

Staff was so inviting and helpful. Hotel was close to restaurants.

quick stay - checkin was efficient, good recombination for dinner - left right after breakfast.

Germany, who worked the front desk when we checked in, was very personable and helpful.

It was a short stay but overall, a great experience. With it being a very busy weekend, the staff was able to accomodate. I arrived before 3:00 that afternoon & was told it would be about 30 minutes to check in. I understood, with the few events going on that weekend, so came back within an hour & my room was ready. What impressed me was the gentleman working the front desk, Damien, called me by name as i was approaching the counter. I was shocked, after having so many guests that weekend he remembered my name. Damien is a very good asset to Hilton.

The property is showing its age and is in clear need of a major make-over, as is obvious from a tour of the room’s bathrooms and showers (still inside bathtubs!!). The one guy checking guests in on Saturday night was a Superman! He was working the desk by himself, answering the phone, creating room access cards, helping guests to their rooms, making coffee for me at just my question. Unbelievable! I could run the entire company with a couple dozen people like him. Where could you find people like that? They’re definitely scarce!

This is a very tired and dingy Hampton Inn that costs more than it should. Not what you’d expect from what’s normally a reliable brand.

Front desk very helpful. Will definitely recommend this location to others. Breakfast fantastic!

Hotel was very clean (room and common areas). Staff was helpful and friendly. We did not experience any issues during our stay. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very friendly. Recommended a great local restaurant, the food was delicious. Breakfast offerings were varied and delicious.

The staff was truly amazing. The hospitality here was beyond my expectations. I will make this a normal stop moving forward.

Very outdated.

Upon arrival we were not notified that there was no hot water in the building. We would have gone elsewhere. A credit should have been issued
