Very poor experience. So unfortunate because we were really looking forward to this trip. Here's what happened - the room was not cleaned and the sheets were not washed. How do I know? Because someone else's socks were left in my bed. We called the front desk and they sent someone up. This housekeeping guy did not want to make the bed for us and told is that it wasn't his problem. Um yes it is? Isn't it your job to clean the room? Anyways, the only reason I did not completely lose my mind that night is because a very kind lady, named Lena, was working the front desk and went out of her way to come upstairs and make the bed herself. She was the only positive part of my whole stay there. Other than that, do y'all even clean the sheets? I thought the Marriott was a good hotel chain. Was very disgusted. Oh also we were charged $16.25 2x to my credit card after we left (outside of the $50 deposit). Still trying to dispute this. Maybe don't stay here? Idk good luck tho
