Very disappointed with pool staff service. Spent the day by the pool with my wife and had to look for staff to get service and reminded them of extra towels I had asked for and they forgot to bring them to us. You had plenty of staff in the adult pool (6 employees) however they all hanged around the bar cabana. It was a hot day, understood however that’s why we needed better service. No supervisor around? Second complaint was at valet, scan code to retrieve my vehicle didn’t work, text message was also not valid, after mentioning it at the valet counter nothing was done to rectify the problem. We retrieved our car 3 times during our weekend stay and every time they struggled locating my keys. Third complaint was with internal restaurant booking, it was booked all weekend and no availability when we asked at concierge. I get it busy Labor Day weekend however it not booked by guest that are staying at the Hotel, why would you not open up outdoor or external restaurant dinning? We had to go to Morton’s steak house on Saturday night and Mastro’s on Sunday. We spent over $700 total on dining, Ritz should of taken that business.
