The hotel was nice and clean

The tv didnt work,we called down ,they thought it was the batteries in the remote,found out it was tv wasnt working ,had to switch rooms,after unpacking everything.we were on a time crunch and that didnt help,after switching rooms ,we had no problems afterwards,great people ,staff,clean hotel ,we had a blast.i would stay there again.

Me and my family go here annually and its always well maintained and very convenient location-wise. Close enough to AC (5 minute drive) yet close to all the affordable stores (Walmart, food, etc) in Pleasantville (5 minute drive). They also redid the gazebo area on the bay-side of the hotel. Mr. Larry and the hotel staff are also very kind and make sure our stay is great every time!

Great location

The staff was friendly. I am a veteran that’s missing multiple limbs . one leg of the fingers and they were out of their way. They made sure I was in the proper room with a shower chair and other arrangements to make sure my stay was great. Will definitely come back many many more times.

The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was generous, the lake view and beach were a nice perk, and the rate was great. Hotel near amazing bird sanctuary.

It was good for one night stay

The overall stay was good, the only thing I can say were the friendliness of the male receptionists whilst on our stay, it was not like the american hospitality we have been receiving up to then, was one worded answers not very helpful and no smiles on any of them, a smile goes a long way if your in a customer facing position. Don’t like to give negative feedback and we hardly ever do but just wanted to be honest on this particular occasion.

I LOVED EVERYTHING about this property - the staff, the EXTREME cleanliness, the outdoor patio area is DREAMY!!!

Everything was excellent I have no issues staff was nice place was clean breakfast was good love the ocean will stay again great place to relax.

Nice typical hotel room. Paid a little extra to have a waterfront view. The main issue was the AC unit which was at 62F. It was like living in an icebox after coming from the humid 80F temps outside. The hallway was also chilly. I raised the thermostat to 70 but it still blew cold. I found you could open a window, but that let in the gnats since there was no screen. Eventually the unit turned off and after a couple hours, the room actually warmed up to a normal 68-70 degrees.
