No hot water in the showers

Very nice property

Not to shabby at all

We had two rooms and both stank of old cigarette smoke. And the bed in one of the rooms was made with dirty bed linens. When we asked for clean sheets we had to strip the bed ourselves and make the bed. We had to make a deposit of $50 for each room in case we smoked in the rooms, which seemed ridiculous given that the rooms already stank - and the windows couldn't be opened.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful but the room bordered on gross. The bathroom looked dirty and there was what looked like a spill of something whitish on the rug and the bed by the bathroom. The beds have seen better days. There was no bad smell in the room. Good location though.

Really did not enjoy my stay here personally. When I arrived at the hotel, the first bad sign was that it was directly next to a cemetery with no gate or fence. Like you can see the cemetery as soon as you enter the parking lot. The parking lot was also very unkempt in general. Leaves and trash everywhere, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Some of the staff were nice enough, but the lady who checked us in was very cold and unwelcoming. She gave a lot of one word responses. The floor where my room was looked like the hall of a mental asylum, it was incredibly unwelcoming and strange. The room itself was fine I guess, but the colors were very disturbing. I feel like I was in the Overlook hotel from Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining. The bathroom was my main complaint about the room, because there was a large dirty spot on the floor of the bathtub. The tv remote didn’t function at all, we had to use the buttons on the tv itself to change channels etc.The wifi was also horrible, it took forever to search things and use phone, computer etc. When my partner and I returned to the hotel yesterday, there were these two crackheads that I assume we’re staying at the hotel just roaming around the front entrance, sitting in the road, yelling etc. The staff did not seem to care even though you could clearly hear them inside. Not to mention, our room keys stopped working several times in one day. Never staying here again, I want my money back.

The hotel is not top tier and they don’t even like to offer extra clean towels or rags .

It was pretty much exactly as expected for a quick stay en route to somewhere else, but I was impressed that it was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable.

My son with cancer had 103 fever this morning . We had to take him to sloan Kettering hospital in nyc. You refused our refund request twice. Once with your virtual agent that took a half hour to answer and another on the phone also after a long wait and no human contact. Weve bern long time loyal expedia users. But never again.

Really convenient stay, great price, had all the necessary amenities, good service.

Everything was perfect especially after I booked the room last minute. The place was very quiet.

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. Informative and pleasant. The lobby smelled of smoke as soon as I walked in though. That was not pleasant. There was also a police presence. Was not expecting perfection but this check in was not a good experience.
