Elevator near the front desk was a bit weird or maybe broken. The room is good and pool is clean. The thing I didn’t like around the area is there is no nearby fast food place to go.

Convenient to attractions, clean, quiet, and comfortable. A home away from home.

Hotel was acceptable for the price point. Front desk staff on evening arrival was outstanding, professional and efficient. The female staff at front desk the next morning was not so much. No water available in the lobby yet just after 10 & breakfast area closed. When asked at front desk for water, she would not even provide a simple bottle of water. Disappointing. Not the usual service I experience at a Hampton.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. The parking lot was empty, not another person around. I was told my room was ready but I could not check in without paying a $50 early check in fee. Regular check in time is 3:00 pm. If I had not already paid for the room, I certainly would have left and found other accommodations. I will not stay there again, I would choose another option when visiting the area.

Nice visit

About average in every way but with really smelly water. High Sulphur. Lower level has rooms in 100s as well as first floor which can be confusing

Just was not that clean and the beds were not comfortable

The staff are friendly and nice but hotel looks outdated inside the room. Its clean, good place to stay overnight or two. Lobby is clean and breakfast is OK

The electricity went out for a little while, which was ok bc they had a generator that allowed some of the electric to work. But there was also no water. I realize these things are out of their control, but they handled the situation very poorly. No offer of refund or credit. After 16 hours of no water decided to check out and go to another hotel. They said they might charge me bc I checked out too late. It’s not like they could have used the room for someone else anyway. I’d expect better customer service from a chain like Hampton/Hilton

it was close to the highway to get back home

Hotel was fine, breakfast options are good. Hot coffee all day which is great. The room itself could use a good deep cleaning. GREAT VICINITY TO HERSHEYPARK.
