The property was booked rather last minute so it is appreciated that a room was available. However, the property is a bit dated and the room appeared dirty. For the price paid, i would have expected a little more. Even though breakfast was included in price, I felt uncomfortable eating anything on this property. Overall, not a positive experience.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. It’s well-located and easy to get in and out. There is a Starbucks at the entrance of the parking lot. It is a clean hotel, it needs a little remodeling, but it’s a clean hotel. The breakfast they offer has a good variety to choose from both hot and cold…..

Hotel and room was old and dated. It was clean. Our balcony had a rotting railing, peeling paint, and overgrown weeds climbing up the building.

Generally the property was clean.Our room was old but clean.Definetly needs painting and rugs in room. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel was perfect. The location was awesome. Right between lake George and glens falls. Literally next to the outlets. Best staff. Everyone was super attentive and knew what we were looking for or needing before we could even ask. They are all great at their jobs. Even housekeeping is top notch. They would clean the whole room and never touched our personal belongings. Huge bonus was a great free breakfast every morning. And nothing like hitting the indoor pool every night. My kids and partner really enjoyed the gym as well. They had fun on the treadmills. Lol. Definitely staying here when we come back.

It was ok, kinda old but very clean, bed was just ok not bad or good. Good area if you like busy, it’s about 5 miles south of lake George.

The front desk smelled like someone smoking weed. Door to the room wouldn’t lock. Room was dirty. Entire hotel is run down.

The carpets in the hotel rooms need to be changed, staff is awesome and helpful.

The pool needed to be maintain and the bathroom shower had mold in it. Other then that everything was good.

Very clean, pool was great. Best cup of coffee I have ever had from a hotel, usually I have to go elsewhere for a good cup of coffee. Breakfast had many options and was good. The deck outside was great wish it had chairs. Wish the spa worked in pool room. 5 stars all around. Will stay here again.

The room was clean and the pool was warm and clean. The coffee maker didnt work not that it was a huge deal, the tv only had some cable with very sketchy signel so throughout our stay the tv only worked for about an hour. No other option to stream anything or hook up a device of any kind. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent. Screen door on our balcony was messed up so very difficult to open. The hot tub was also broken i assume, it was drained and cautioned taped off. Will not be rebooking.

I love this property because the rooms are large and can fit our whole family of (6) in the large 2 bedrooms. They all offer late check out and make it very convienent which is awesome. What I dislike has been happening over time. The hot tub is always broken by the pool. The pack in play for my 2 year old was old and broken so we had to make do with the couch cushions. The bathtub faucet was broken for the hot water. The breakfast is lacking with less options and this time all the yogurts were way over expiration date.

We stay here at least twice a year. The bathroom door hinge seemed to be stripped out which caused it to not close properly, so you had to pull up on it in order to close it. The stopper for the bathroom sink was disconnected and was in the closed position so it didn't drain properly. The price was reasonable, and the beds are comfortable. Just a few minor things.

This was a last minute stay, and the staff made sure I got a 1st floor room, as I have issues with stairs. This was the 1st time I have stayed alone in a hotel, and I am an older person, I felt safe, secure, and it was quiet. Room clean towels big, fluffy, and plenty of them. 4 pillows per bed, breakfast was great.

Other guests were using bathroom outside on property and looking in others sliding doors, carpets were dirty turning feet black, rooms smelt even nonsmoking, there was ashes all over back sliding door screen it looked like

The property is outdated but clean.staff is friendly.
