The room on the first night was horrible. It faced the street and The noise was loud from street racers until very late. The bed filled the room and the heating unit blew in our faces all night long, Upon getting up in the morning after a long night of little sleep after travelling all day, we went to breakfast. they were short on food and the pancake machine wasn't working properly. Next, we were informed that we couldn't cancel our second night because we booked it through you. They did move us to a better room for a little more money the next night since we were stuck there anyway. I go to Moncton fairly often through the year but probably won't be staying there again or booking through your site. This is the first time in my life I have ever left a bad review about a hotel or a booking service. Have a good day.

Clean and warm

Room was in great condition. Unfortunately the fridge did not work. The water pressure was poor. Breakfast was good

I forgot to specify I wanted a specific room when I booked online. The receptionist was very accommodating and she gave me the room I wanted at no extra cost. Hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are always clean. I will always stay at this hotel when in Moncton.

Yes very clean the staff very helpful. They would go out of there way to help with anything we needed.

My stay was excellent! My stay was due to a family medical issue and I booked there due to the proximity to the hospital. The staff were excellent! There were many options for breakfast (something I don’t usually see at continental breakfasts). The room was very clean and modern…obviously updated since my last stay a few years ago.

Our room was upgraded on arrival due to it being a less busy time, which was really nice. The room was lovely and very clean. When the ice machine wasn't working for us, a worker kindly gave us some ice.
