I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced during my stay. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
I followed the temperature adjustment instructions posted on the wall, but even after waiting over two hours, there was no change. At around 2:30 AM, I contacted the front desk to ask if the temperature could be adjusted. I was informed that no technician was available, and an electric fan was sent to the room instead.
While I appreciate the front desk staff’s effort to assist, the situation significantly affected my sleep and overall comfort.
