All employees were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy, the rooms were clean, and they even called to ask if everything was ok for our stay.

The staff were friendly and went to great lengths to make our stay enjoyable, especially the restaurant employees. But the hotel is located in a part of town that feels run down and lifeless though efforts have been made to revitalize the area. It was convenient for us to spend a delightful day on Gabriola Island but I did feel eager to wander the area near the hotel.

Great staff and nice views. Would stay here again in future.

The connection from Hullo ferry to downtown could be better.

Hotel was fine, comfortable bed, a few spills on furniture that should be wiped clean, but room nice enough. Alot of construction in the area makes for it difficult to drive/walk around. A few drug addicts on the street, but i did see community safety patrols a few times, so i think they are doing what they can.

Staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant had a great breakfast. Check in was easy with available parking next door connected the the hotel. The view is breathtaking. The bedding is heavenly (best I’ve had thus far and I am picky). Thank you for a great and wonderful stay.

All rooms renovated had an awesome view of the harbour. Can’t wait to come back

Staff were the best!

The bed sheets were not very soft. Felt like they they were not washed using softener.

No wifi. Needs wifi for my work and it was problematic and intermittent

Beautifully updated hotel. Incredibly helpful staff. Exceptional restaurant.
