Sehr schönes Hotel an zentraler Lage. Nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt.

Prima plek voor als je Bordeaux wilt ontdekken! Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden in het centrum en daarbij een heerlijk ontbijt!

The property offered a nice bar with good happy hour and it was attached to a restaurant. Our room was nice and clean with good air conditioning. I’m not sure if it was because we had traveled so much by the time we reached Bordeaux, or for another reason, but Bordeaux seemed tired, expensive, and dreary. The area of the hotel is excellent because it’s only about 15 minutes walk to the shopping and museum areas. When we woke and looked for a small café in the morning, we realized many are not open until after 9 AM. This is French culture, but as travelers, we wanted caffeine earlier in the morning. We did find a few nice small bars in the area and enjoyed afternoon drinks. We appreciated the small bodegas that were close-by for water, fruit, and snacks. Parking was around the corner from the hotel. Parking was safe and priced fairly. The staff at the hotel described the parking as being “not attached to the hotel.” However, we found a route inside the parking ramp that was an easy route into the hotel -entering along the terrace adjacent to the hotel’s café and bar. Otherwise we would have difficulty carrying our bags into the hotel because at the front door, there are stairs leading to the lobby level. In May 2025 road outside the hotel was under construction. We speak basic French. (That helped a lot when checking in because in Bordeaux there are not as many fluent English speakers). The staff here were patient and helpful.

The room was small. The bed was okay not as comfortable as I would have wanted it to be. There was on one pillow and the cover was rough and uncomfortable.

That was nice experience, especially trip to a winery

The staff have been wonderful. Helpful, professional and in most cases multilingual. Quick to check in and get to your room, excellent if you are tired from travel. This site has a secure area to leave your bags and cases if you are leaving later after your check out time and don't want to carry your bags all over Bordeaux. 20 minutes (max.) walk to centre of town on flat walkways. Safe? This site is directly across from the police station.

This is an old Novotel. It needs a lot of room renovations. For the price point I would not recommend this hotel. The location was decent, the staff was good. The breakfast had very poor selection. You can find much better hotels for a better price in Bordeaux.

Bon hôtel cependant les chambres ne sont pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Lit assez mou, prestation intérieur à la chambre très moyenne (sèche cheveux, cafetière…)

Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden. Der Buffet ist sehr gut. Die Zimmerausstatung ist zwar etwas ungewöhnlich getrennte WC und Badezimmer, aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Badewanne ist eher für eine Wohnungwichtig, nicht für ein Hotelzimmer. Sehr gute Lage, man kann die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichen.

Entrace parking has a "no entry", therefore difficult to find. Breakfast was soso.

Hotel is in the city center located, easy to reach

Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Chambre très peu cosy. Équipements très simples. Pas de cafetière, une simple bouilloire. Pas d’eau minérale gratuite. Une décoration sans goût. Seulement 2 oreillers sur le lit (aucun en supplément dans un placard) et surtout une qualité d’oreiller qui laisse grandement à désirer avec un « pli » au milieu qui est juste inconfortable

Un hotel ideal para ir en familia y con niños. Todo el personal muy amable y dispuesto. Muchas gracias!

It was o.k.

Dit hotel ligt op een boogscheut van een tramhalte op de lijn die van de luchthaven naar het centrum rijdt. Mits één overstap ook gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf de GarenSaint-Jean (T.G.V.) Te voet ben je in nog geen 10 minuten bij de kathedraal en in 20 minuten bij het Grand Theatre. Het hotel zelf biedt bar en restaurant met sharing-concept. De kamers zijn voldoende ruim, proper en hebben een goede geluidsisolatie naar buiten toe. Airco. Badkamer met gecombineerde bad en douche en een lavabo. Apart toilet. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor ons ideaal als citytrip-hotel.

Propre, personnel sympathique, manque de prise partout dans la chambre, chauffage général qui ne convient pas a tout le monde, trop chaud et pas de possibilité de climatisation, 9h15 ils commencent a mettre lestables pour le déjeuner, on est parqués les uns aux autres sur la baie vitrée, sans place, pour 1 4 étoiles c est vraiment très moyen.

Bon rapport qualite prix pour cet hotel bien situé. Accueil tres agréable avec un personnel a l'ecoute. Parfait pour un week-end famille de visite à Bordeaux.

Un super accueil par des personnes jeunes et très sympathiques. Chambre propre, lit confortable, très calme. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Nous recommandons également le restaurant Les Décantés, le personnel tout aussi accueillant et des plats à partager à découvrir. Hôtel bien situé proche d'une ligne de TRAM pour pouvoir se déplacer très facilement. Nous conservons l'adresse pour nos prochains séjours à Bordeaux.

Accueil au top, un petit dej bien servi beaucoup de choix ! La chambre était propre, 2 petits bemols cependant, il faisait tres chaud et les cousins n'étaient pas top ! Mais dans l'ensemble, 1ere experience avec nos deux enfants et on le refera !
