We love the pool and the accessibility to all the pruneyard shops and restaurants.

Wonderful stay with the friendliest staff! Clean and in a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

We really liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the property as a whole. The hotel bathroom and shower seemed recently renovated. The self parking was okay during the day, but in the evening it was very hard to find a spot. Overall we liked our stay and if we visit again we probably would stay there again.

It was an overall nice experience to stay in this hotel. We were welcomed with warm chocolate chip walnut cookies that my son was so happy to eat after a long drive. The property is well kept and the staff are very helpful. It was convenient to be able to use my streaming accounts; it made it feel home away from home. The accounts are logged off when we leave. We will be coming again.

We always have a comfortable stay at the DoubleTree at Pruneyard. This visit was especially nice because we were on the 1st floor, and the environment was very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the next room, or from the hallway. It was perfect. Thank you!

Ive stayed before and its always nice access to shopping food and entertainment

I liked the area. The room they put me in seemed to be an old surveillance room of the sort. My view was all the old equipment that was piled up right outside my door. The curtain did not work, so it was hard to avoid staring out at the area of old piled up equipment

Staff was great and very friendly

Very pretty, nice and clean but there was an event right outside my room with a dj that was so lays it was hard to hear my tv and it took about 20 min for the shower to go from lukewarm to hot. Thought something was wrong with the hot water and 2 kids finished their shower before it got warm. But other than that it was a nice stay

The staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms clean. One of the elevators broke down, but my stay there was pleasant overall. I would stay there again.
