Rooms are getting a little run down. Price was right but not sure we would stay here again. Place seemed empty but we still had someone right beside us who had their TV blaring all night. Tried to call the front desk only to realize we had no phone in the room to call from. Very odd.

Amenities. Pool and sauna were unavailable and that was one of the main reasons we chose that hotel, for their amenities. Also, no breakfast available and location wasn't that ideal.

Always a pleasure to stay at the hotel.

Clean room Friendly staff

Our first night was not great. There was an issue with the heating unit which kept us awake. We notified the front desk the next morning and they were very helpful. As we were going out for the day, they moved us to a new, upgrade room. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. The restaurant is on site, the food is good and pricing is reasonable. Overall - we'd stay again :)

The staff are just wonderful and very friendly! The entrance always clean. I would definitely go again.

lack of upkeep on the room. after the first day when we came back from an outing and the room wasn't made up, we requested new towels and fresh coffee for the next day and none were provided. the room did not get remade until the day before we were set to leave and we were at this location for 4 nights

Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Mattress should be replaced as it is a “canoe mattress” and needed pillows to fill the sunken parts.

Pool was very warm, like a cold hot tub. Clean room, nice towel presentation, gym was well equipped. Sauna needs a long time to warm up, so prepare for it.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel pool was at about 60-65 degrees - like a cold plunge pool temperature. You could not swim in it. The sauna took more than an hour to “heat” up but you could not expect to get a sweat on in it. The top bench is so narrow that is is hard to be comfortable on it. The restaurant within the hotel was closed for the entire weekend - we had not been notified prior to our stay that there would be no food available on site. And we were not informed that the pool was basically unusable either. When we brought our concerns to the hotel desk they just said they would let management know. We really feel that a discount should have been offered - we booked that hotel for the pool/sauna and on-site restaurant.

Best gym if any hotel we stayed at and it’s open 24/7. Saved paying to go to a local gym. They had lots of equipment and was well maintained. Also have a sauna and pool. Very reasonably priced. We will stay there from now on when in town.

Both rooms were very clean. The only thing was the TV did not work properly in one of the rooms try to fix it did not work.
