The staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The property is conveniently located near our family.

An upgrade to the previous Wyndham Garden Inn that this place was a few years ago. Clean linens, generally comfortable room. Appreciate the free breakfast. Only it's just a little pricy for a mid-range hotel. However, I'll happily stay here again.

The pool was too cold for me and my boyfriend's liking but otherwise the place was nice.

Hotel was accessible and near the event we were going to. Wish it would have had breakfast or snack options

we have stayed here several times and the bar has yet to be open. Staff and service are great.

They advertise a restaurant and at check in, I was told it was open. Brochure in room akso states it is open until 10pm. It actually was not open at all which is ridiculous on a Friday night. Propery also seems a bit run down. Room is nice and clean.

They charged me an extra $50. I also requested early entry and they didn't let me in. Afterwards, I returned at 3 pm and they didn't want to give me access, arguing that they were full, among other things. Terrible service.

The room was spacious! I was on the 2nd floor and didn’t expect the room to have a cathedral ceiling. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The bed was comfortable. The only problem that I incurred encountered was not being able to turn the TV off. The TV was very slow to turn on so maybe the remote needed new batteries. I’d definitely stay here again!

First room we were given had a wall shelf that had fallen off the wall and had exposed wires. Second room had ants all over the bathroom. Third room was fine. Only one keyed remote entrance door worked on our side of building. That one stopped working during snowfall...had to run around to front to get in. Scrambled eggs on breakfast "buffet" were dried out to the point of being stuck on bottom of warming bowl. Appreciated the option to have a freshly made omelet though. Staff was nice and friendly though. The missus attempted to call the GM but was only able to leave voice messages....never got a call back from him. For a Bonvoy property I was pretty disappointed.
