Had everything we needed and even had a washer and dryer. Clean and updated.

We always stay here,close walking distance to Byward market with great restaurant choices and shopping with independent vendors. Next door to Rideau shopping mall. We stay in the upgraded rooms as more modern. Like a one bedroom combo with full kitchen and dishes,pots and pans for those wishing to cook if long stays. We bring breakfast food before heading out for the day. Close to canal for boat cruises. Staff at hotel very nice.

The bed mattress and the hide-a-bed need to be updated… 3 nights and it’s the most I can resist.. otherwise it was clean and the kitchenette is all we needed

The rooms are perfect. Balcony is huge. Staff is delightful. 10 out of 10 will always use this hotel when coming to Ottawa.

Was just like the pictures, got it for a good price, and the kitchen was fully loaded! Probably the best for the price hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will be back again!

Really crowded even when we were in elevator trying to check out it was huge traffic jam more than busy time in Chicago downtown I was thinking to mention that to the manager that they can charge for the elevator as well since they are looking for a reason to make money on everything like parking in their Really crowded and congested garage parking

Heel centraal gelegen (alles op loopafstand), hele ruime suite met apart woonkamer, keuken en badkamer. Onze suite had ook een wasmachine en droger - ideaal. Auto deze periode niet nodig gehad - staat veilig (maar betaald) in de garage van het hotel.

Squeaky bed and dirty air ducts made it less than perfect but otherwise the room was perfect for a large family like ours!

Les Suites was the perfect home base for our Ottawa vacation. The location can’t be beat and our room (2 br; 2 bath unit) was ideal for traveling with adult children. We love having a kitchen to make some of our own meals, and there’s a Farm Boy and the bounties of the Market in close walking distance. The unit was very comfortable. Nothing super fancy, but ideal for our needs. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Nice to have onsite parking, too. My only complaint is the dinky in-room coffee maker: 1 star for the brown water machine! 😆
