The staff are not trained properly for customer service. They roll their eyes at any request and act like they’d rather be anywhere else than their job. Unfortunate, considering the hotel property is clean and the location is excellent.

The location to the Byward Market was excellent. The host spoke too hastily for a welcoming reception. The two bedroom, two bathroom was clean and comfortable. The living room decor could use a touch more style. The loss of water between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am was inconvenient (city repairs), yet Les Suites supply bottled water to help. Parking at $40 a day ( with tax ) was steep. I would return if there is no other 2 bedroom suite in the area to try. On a scale of 1- 10, all things considered, I would rate it 7.5 .

For the pet-friendliness alone, this gets my 5-stars.

Booked two one bedrooms and got one with two rooms and three beds!!

Very spacious and comfortable. However did have a definite “business feel” and not a relaxing atmosphere. Most people would probably enjoy it and great for families.

Not enough seats. I chair only. So no where for anyone else to sit except on the bed

Have stayed here many times over the years and this year had a two bedroom suite that had been modernized. We like being downtown and Byward Market and other restaurants are easy to walk to. It was a very busy weekend so hotel was full. Elevators can be very, very slow when full so we waited quite a bit. Parking stalls are tight because of pillars but, for the most part, can be managed.
