Great location and gorgeous decor in this hotel. Huge comfortable lobby restaurant and garden where you can enjoy meals. Pool was a bit cold and sauna was cool (and nudist). But very pretty poolside area. Seating area in bedroom was fab and bed comfortable. Windows open and Aircon fine. Toiletries good.

Beautiful hotel 20 minutes walking from central Vienna and few minutes walk from Belvedere. The perk of this hotel is it has a spa complex with a pool and saunas to relax after a long day of sightseeing. (FYI-The saunas are co-ed nude) The beds were very comfortable and they also offered an espresso maker in the room which is a huge perk over instant coffee. My only suggestion is to have more hooks in the bathroom. I did not try the restaurant but it has a nice outdoors area. Also right next to train that goes directly to the airport!

Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Shower floor a bit slippery, no grab bar. I really never knew how i got the water on/off; just fiddled til it happened.

Die Zimmer Einrichtung sehr schön moderner Look tolles Bett mit Klimareglung. Der außen Bereich wird im März vorbereitet mit einer Bar und Skulpturen Garten. Der Saal für das üppige Frühstücksangebot ist sehr elegant und das hilfsbereites Personal macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Es gibt auch am Eingang auf beiden Seiten eine kleinen Bereich wo Kaffee bestellt werden kann. Die Metro oder Straßenbahn bringt einen sofort überall hin. Trotzdem direkt in der Nähe die Einkaufsstraße zwei Stassen weiter. Hinweis: bequem Schuhe.

Breakfast was exceptional. The location was great. It was nice to have a pool onsite. The room was clean and the toiletries were fantastic. Great experience overall.

The hotel is situated right by a train line which is perfect for getting to/from the airport and city centre. It has a gorgeous interior and entrance with a coffee shop, bar and restaurant. There is a pool with spa and sauna facilities, as well as a gym and yoga studio (all available for use at no extra cost). We had a deluxe room which came with a daily restocked minibar and there were robes too. The room is a little in the small size but immaculately cleaned. The only thing we didn't experience was breakfast as this was €35pp for a day (or we were offered it at €25pp each day if we booked for the 3 day duration of the trip, which we didn't want to do). I would have liked to try it but not every day and so this was very costly. Staff were friendly, there was never a wait at reception and our bags could be stored whilst we explored!

Beautiful hotel, a little further out but worth it for the comfort

The staff were as friendly as always a the breakfast and meal provisions great. I did feel sometimes the cleanliness of the rooms were a little bit lacking.

Ideal stay with kids. The room was comfortable and the pool area was perfect. We also enjoyed breakfast every day. I will consider staying here again for sure.

Unglaublich schöne Einrichtung. Das Hotel wurde vor 2 Jahren neu gestaltet und mit Designer-Möbeln eingerichtet. Frühstück vielseitig und sehr gut. Personal schafft es auch bei großem Ansturm der Gäste das Buffet schnell aufzufüllen. Spa Bereich kann 2-3 Liegen mehr vertragen.

I did not like the location of this hotel, it was not central to the popular things. I also feel like the decor is dark and dreary. My room was very clean which I appreciated.
