Camera piccola ma letto comodo armadio troppo piccolo non ci stava niente dentro e non sapevamo dove mettere le valigie . Ottima e abbondante la colazione servita al ristorante annesso Serafina.

The front desk wasn’t exactly friendly but I’ll chalk it up to a busy weekend. I had a very small room that was very bare bones e.g. no mini bar. That’s all fine. I was at the end of a hallway where all the cleaning supplies were stored, which wasn’t exactly inviting. The housekeeping staff were the friendliest of anyone I encountered. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

We had a lovely one-night stay at the Frederick. Miracle and Anthony were particularly helpful when my husband was setting up to work down in the lobby area so I could sleep. And great location in Tribeca! We'll be back!

We liked the property location in tribeca. The room was clean, staff very kind. The breakfast was very good. The only thing is about the reservation check in, it was very a grey zone about our rooms and their availabilities. At first, they weren’t available due to a leaking problem, no other rooms were available except one suite that was offered to accommodate both couples which we declined, then suddenly, other rooms were made available after waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes. We even have started to look elsewhere to find rooms in another hotel. At the end, all 4 of us had the sense that the hotel was overbooked and we were offered to stay in one room instead. It got all sorted out at the end but we had to insist. When we travel for a whole day, 9 hours drive, being exhausted, the last thing we want is to have problems with our rooms that were finally available after multiple versions of the story..

The Frederick was amazing. Friendly staff, clean facilities and room. It was a pleasure waking up there. On my list for future stays when I need a weekend getaway. I say this as a new Yorker

Muito satisfeita com a escolha. O hotel fica numa otima localização, com o metro na porta. O café da manhã era excelente. O staff muito gentil. Hotel limpo. Recomendo muito!!

Loved location, close to subway, great staff

This hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were all extremely helpful, even as I was exhausted and frazzled after my trip. I had everything I needed. Internet was fine, parking is a little ways off but OK. The only quibble I had is that I couldn't quite close my curtains, they could have used those stick things to help close them, I used my chair to close them enough for privacy. Definitely I would visit again despite this.

Foi tudo ótimo! Custo-benefício excelente por conta do café da manhã oferecido (pães, frutas, iogurte, ovos…), localização impecável na frente do metrô e próximo a duas outras linhas estratégicas. Tivemos um problema com nosso quarto, mas trocaram prontamente. Todos muito solicitos e dispostos a ajudar. Quartos e banheiros novos, confortáveis e bem equipados, além de ser bem silencioso a noite. Com certeza vai ser sempre a minha escolha em NYC!

The bed was very comfortable. Staff were fantastic, both friendly and knowledgeable. Great hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Lovely Welcome – We were greeted with complimentary glasses of champagne, which was a nice touch! Clean & Comfortable Rooms – Though on the smaller side, the room was spotless and cozy for our one-night stay. Excellent Breakfast – Breakfast was included and served at the restaurant next door (through a hotel arrangement). The food was delicious with a good variety. Great Overall Experience – Despite the short stay, the hospitality and amenities made it a pleasant visit. Cons: Rooms Are Small – Not a dealbreaker for us, but those needing more space might find it tight for longer stays. Final Thoughts: A charming hotel with friendly service, clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. The welcome champagne was a lovely surprise! We’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel was small but charming and well-maintained. The food exceeded expectations, especially the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. A couple of minor drawbacks: the bed was a bit firm, and hallway noise from other guests could occasionally be heard. Overall, the location was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Friendly staff. Provided us water bottles at from desk every time we asked. Decently sized quiet room with comfortable bed. Adequate continental breakfast at adjoining restaurant.

Great hotel for the price. Great location!

The room was TINY (the entire room consisted of a queen bed with an 18 inch perimeter), had a view of a brick wall, had no mini fridge, and the closet was 12 inches wide and was so short it would only hold shirts - no dresses. However, check in was a breeze, complementary water was appreciated, and the location can’t be beat. If you don’t mind a VERY small space, it’s a winner.

Our room category was interior only, which meant two beds in a tiny room, with a window that faces a brick wall. If you get two beds here, they all face the brick wall unless you upgrade to the suite for an extra $500. The one tiny window with no light was a real downer, and should be explained in the description upon booking. The main bar is only open tues- sat too. The lobby is clean and well appointed, the rooms, not so much. Decent location, free breakfast was convenient.

The Frederick has an excellent staff who cares about their guests and goes beyond expectations to my your stay comfortable, easy and enjoyable. Thank you to Miracle for her outstanding attention to detail and friendliness. And to Jari for assisting us 2 times on our stays at the Frederick.
