Excellent hotel regarding facilities, staff, food and location. Had a wonderful stay few days here.

Dette er et helt unikt hotel! Det er noe med atmosfæren som er vanskelig å beskrive. Det var som en oase, et slikt hotel som man bare kan være på uten å gjøre noe annet enn å bare nyte fasilitetene. Personalet var helt fantastisk, og beliggenheten var utmerket med sjø, gamlebyen i Marbella, "the golden mile" rett utenfor døren. Rommene med sjøutsikt og balkong, treningsrommet, strand-club, rooftop, etc.etc. Uansett hvor man befinner seg på hotellet har man utsikt over middelhavet. Elsket de røde og hvitstripete parasollene, og interiøret forøvrig var så delikat. Takk for denne gang, jeg kommer definitivt tilbake.

Fantastisk hotel, exceptionel morgenmad og god lokation

Super schönes Hotel, überaus aufmerksames Personal in allen Bereichen, sehr guter Concierge- und Parkservice (vor allem ein großer Dank an Carlos), das Personal im Restaurant ist überaus zuvorkommend, das Frühstück (speziell das à la carte-Menü im Selected-Bereich) ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Selected Paket mit Zugang zu der Lounge ist generell sehr zu empfehlen, hier kann tagsüber von 11-21 Uhr auf leckere Snacks und eine große Getränkeauswahl zugegriffen werden. Der Poolbereich ist mit entspannten Liegen ausgestattet und für einen Tag im Hotel absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Shoppingausflug zu Fuß in der Altstadt sehr gut gelegen und auch alle Restaurants und BeachClubs, der Hafen Puerto Banus, sind gut mit dem Auto oder Taxi/Uber zu erreichen.

Breakfast was the highlight. Pool area well maintained although service was slow. The first day housekeeping came at 4:15. My fault as I hadn’t put the card out however I had just come back from the pool so when I asked them to come back in 20 mins they told me they finish at 5. Other than a few issues it was a really lovely stay.

Excellent location. Breakfast service was average, lack of checking in and clearing plates from the table. Busy hotel and felt crowded at times.

I have stayed with friends and family a few times. This was the first break with my wife and I. We stayed in a seaview room/half board Was brilliant.Great views great use of lounge with drinks and food throughout the day. I used the gym and was impressed with the flexibility of half board. El limone restaurant was great. Great breakfast as always. Pool guys very helpful and Isabella at breakfast very helpful. Great paella in beach restaurant - friendly older waiter good fun Flexible when leaving later and could still use facilities Will be back

Breakfast is excellent. Plenty to choose from and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Option to sit outside Plenty of very helpful staff Well maintained pool are with comfortable loungers and a part of the beach is sectioned off for hotel guests. Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped and bathroom is great. We were lucky to have a bath tub and a separate shower. Also lovely Molton brown toiletries. Great linen and super comfortable beds

Excellent hotel. Everything about this hotel was perfect so that on your holiday you can relax. From the moment you walk through the hotel door and you are offered a welcome drink you know you have chosen the right hotel! The staff work as a team and are friendly and helpful. It’s very clean throughout and we couldn’t fault the excellent housekeeping team. Breakfast options are delicious. The hotel bar and restaurant are really good and the hotel is located near many local restaurants and near the old town of Marbella. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
