One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Calgary (and trust me, there’s been a few). We are no strangers to Calgary. Many of the hotels offered are great, but none really stand out… until this one. Upon arrival and until we left, the staff here have been amazing. The desk staff were welcoming and accommodated our late checkout request. We had housekeeping knock before coming in to check if we wanted our room cleaned (which often doesn’t happen at other places). We also had staff coming around offering drinks/snacks. We booked the king (summit) room, which was ample space for the two of us. The TV being equipped with a chrome cast allowed us to watch entertainment from our own subscriptions, but also had cable (which I do like to indulge in when away). We had access to the lounge for breakfast, snacks, and drinks - which we 100% utilized! It was great being able to have breakfast in an environment that wasn’t so hectic. Plus, it’s a bonus to be able to come in and grab a pop/coffee or granola bar at your convenience. The parking lot of the hotel has plenty of space, there’s restaurants (with a patio/terrace) on site, and there’s also other amenities (e.g., fitness center). The fitness center is on the smaller end and can fill up quickly, but we weren’t too keen on going all the time anyways. The pool is currently closed for construction. Lastly, the location of the hotel is also great - pretty central with lots of dining and entertainment options nearby. Would stay again!

Looooved our stay here! Super comfy beds, parking was easy, staff was lovely, room was very clean! Really enjoyed our hot breakfast from the executive suites as well! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel renovations done awhile back have really given the hotel a fresh, clean and modern look. Had an executive king room on the 6th floor and everything was clean, spacious and updated. Bed was very comfortable with great bedding, had a wonderful sleep. Appreciated the free wifi and access to the Summit Suite on the 7th floor for complimentary snacks, drinks and the buffet breakfast. Will come back, as it is now our new favorite Calgary hotel. Pool is under renovations but will be exciting once complete and will be heated and open all year. Looking forward to it. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was limited and on the second day there was nothing left but the time we got there. We were told it was on until 11am and when we got there at 9:40 nothing left to eat. One of the restaurants were closed to we went to the pub. It was not that good for the food. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Not much amenities close by.

Once we first got to our room we found it extremely hot. Started the air conditioning and it was barely working. Called the front desk and they sent up maintenance. He used a heat gun and looked at a couple things and said that there was nothing he could do and would talk to the front desk. They said they couldn’t move us because they were sold out. Not very helpful. Spoke to a different front desk agent Rick and he came and brought us up a key to another room. Went to the room and it was worse. They had 2 fans set up already so we took the fans back to our room. When we were checking out no apology, sorry or discount for the 2 nights of stay. Will not be returning and telling others as we have a lot of teams we book rooms for.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. All the amenities I needed were available, making my stay convenient and enjoyable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. Only con was breakfast was not good included.

The room was very clean. Mattress was comfortable and the towels smelt nice. Staff was kind and helpful. The details such as a water kettle, microwave and the removable shower head was a nice touch. I was travelling with my 2 littles and these additions made it much easier. 10/10 would recommend!

Extremely clean hotel with amazingly friendly staff! I accidentally left my earphones behind, but they found them and shipped them right to my house. Thank you so much to everyone for the incredible service!

We appreciated the spacious mini fridge and microwave, the rain shower was lovely and equally spacious with high quality toiletries. The towels are awesome too. Bed and linens were really comfortable. Only issue was ice machine on our floor was out of order at the time.

Overall excellent stay!

Pool was being renovated. My room was hot and humid. Clearly an hvac issue throughout. Managers didn’t have empathy for the issue. Staff was more important than the guests with elevators etc..

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Both times the property was clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. This last time we included our terrier and we were delighted that there is a lot of greenspace around the hotel with designated places to help keep dog activities clean. In our room, we were pleased by the size of the king room and that the room included additional dog-bags with case and a dish for water. In general this is a quiet comfortable hotel. The only thing I'm not a fan of was additional paid breakfast. In general it's Ok, but depending on when you arrive what is available changes, and sometimes things are not as hot. So, skip the breakfast, but stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel, I recommend but don't pay for breakfast buffet at green restaurant.
