Good location, 2km to downtown and old Montreal. Only valet parking is available, but parking lots are limited, especially for SUVs and minivans. The sofa bed in family suit is horrible, sleep on the decade old mattress, you can clearly feel every spring. I clearly noted that we are 2 adults and 2 Children when made reservation, but the sofa bed is not prepared at all when we checked in, I call to ask bed sheet. Disappointed

The property is very well located, and the room was clean and comfortable, although a little dated. Unfortunately, the front office service let the property down. The staff were polite but not especially welcoming and were unable to provide basic information about the local area. The Mezz restaurant also appeared to be understaffed in the evening, resulting in very slow service. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, but I felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered.

La chambre est spacieuse. Le lit est très très confortable. La piscine est appréciable après une journée de visite Mise à part la moquette un peu passée en terme de couleur l'hôtel est vraiment bien

Ficamos em um quarto com cozinha pequena dentro que não tinha mesa de refeição. Achei isso bem estranho pois se escolho quarto com cozinha eh pq vou utiliza lá . Pedi mais de uma vez na recepção uma mesa pequena para podermos fazer café da manhã , mas nada foi resolvido ficamos sem mesa comendo sentados no chão ou apoiados na cama… lamentável

Hotel was wonderful! Staff is very polite! Hotel is very clean and rooms are very spacious! Kids loved the rooftop pool!

Point négatif : Très peu de chance d’avoir une chambre avant 16:00 Point positif: l’emplacement de l’hôtel est très très bien. Les employés sont des perles. Les chambres sont impeccables.

Hotel tres bien situe au centre ville. Tout est a pieds.la station du metro est pas loin. Personnel très agreable. Chambre assez grande avec ine kitchinette.

It’s really central to a lot of places. It was clean and the staff were nice. Elevators took awhile but other than that, 5 stars :)

Excellent location within walking distance of essentials and a short transit ride from everything else. Good base of operations while you plan your adventures around the city.

Great location

Absolutely loved our stay. The room was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the roof top pool was so much fun.

The hotel was clean and in an excellent location. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the rooftop pool. Lots of towels. Close proximity to the metro. Comftable rooms. Slightly outdated kitchen but manageable.

Very nice hotel. Everything downtown is all within walking distance and very easy to get to. The room I got had a nice little kitchenette with silverware and things you would need if you were actually going to make a meal in the room. Plenty of seating if you don’t want to just sit on the bed. The sofa and chair were very comfortable with a large desk also in the room. The only thing I will say is that if you have a larger size rental car they may not be able to park you in the valet garage. I had a Toyota sedan so I did not have a problem. The other thing I will say is that if you’re there on a busy weekend be prepared to wait in a line for one of the three elevators as there are a lot of floors and the elevators are not very big.
