There wasn't anything that we would have changed.

No elevators. Desk was often unattended so I missed the feeling of hospitality

It was clean. Maintenance on the building was so-so. Like the door knob was broken off our closet door. But it was quiet, Restaraunts are within walking distance.

Check in was quick, it is an older hotel. Some wall paper peeling stuff like that (that didn’t bother me). The chemical smell in the bathroom was awful! It didn’t go away after time. The water in the bathroom was awful made me gag just putting it on my toothbrush. Pool was small and not heated at all. Hot tub wasn’t hot more like what a heated pool would be like. Max capacity is 4 but if they aren’t family that’s a bit too intimate. Breakfast: the eggs were empty and not filled while we were in there the sausage links were cold, biscuits could break a tooth. Gravy was cold and just wasn’t good. Waffles were fine but only two machines and with everything else gone, cold or too hard to chew it was the hot commodity but not worth the wait.

Very clean and cozy room! The only comment I would make is better towels in the bathroom. Towels are cheap and small

The person who checked us in was rude and unfriendly. We asked for a room on the ground floor and he said he didn't have one. My brother checked in (without a reservation) after us and he got a room on the ground floor. Hauling a large suitcase up the stairs was NOT easy. We have stayed here for several years in a row, but wil look elsewhere next year.

The attendant on duty is fantastic.

It’s good

Was in town for a youth hockey tournament, had stayed there before, but this time I think will be our last. Husband has never liked the low shower heads and minimal water pressure and this time there was never any hot water no matter what time of day we took a shower.

The hotel offers no elevator and does not allow anyone other than hotel guests to use the pool. We Have family in Marshall and might want our grandchildren to use it.

Plenty of towels quick check in love it

The breakfast was horrible. Usually had good breakfast and room service. But this stayhad me thinking never ever coming back again. I never felt lack of customer service. Reason i felt this feelings as listed: Requested later checkout due to transportation delayed an hour. Which gave me 30min..in addition i was rushed out at 11:30. Waited at local restaurant Toni's Depo until my transport showed up at 12:15. Again, after a horrible breakfast. Hotel wasnt very occupied and phone in room didnt work to communicate with front desk. Tv wasn't plug into cable.

Good location close to SMSU. The cleanliness was just OK. But to many small issues. The coffee machine in my room didn't work, the coffee during breakfast was out and they didn't refill it, the breakfast was cold, the light on the TV lit up the entire room. Like i sad it is an OK place.

Very clean. Needs updates. Towels thin. Hot tub not working.

Staff friendly and helpfull, the place was average but an above average for the Breakfast. The carpet is clearly past due for replacement.

Overall, not a bad stay. Front desk lady was nice, but obviously over the day. Room smelled like mold, and was not in good shape. Besides the smell of mold, pictures say it all.
