Room needed updating. Carpet, furniture, shower all needed work. Furniture in lounge area needs replacing.

Run down, outdated hotel. Staff was very nice.

Probably won’t stay here again. Upon arrival to our room, there was no bedding for the pullout and there were no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. Couldn’t take part in the breakfast because of a very large group of people (at least 40 or more) that took up the entire area and were rude and obnoxious. They made a huge mess and completely wiped out all the food and drink.

I love the area, very quiet and friendly staff

When checking in we were told plumbing was done and possible dirty water… the issue was the water was clear but the hot water was scalding burning my wife’s hands. I advised the front desk and they were very casual about it stating they would notify appropriate persons. Toilet was vey low to floor as well. Beds were extremely soft and sagging. TV was old and picture had continuous light in center. At breakfast, ants crawling on our table. Best part of trip was the coffee. Nicest person there was cleaning employee I spoke with on elevator.

Overall it was good but I wasn’t happy they had hot water issues you got to run the water 30 mins for it to get hot I really could’ve just stayed home in that case I just want half my money back or something on the stay

We stayed for two days and didn't have hot water.

Lobby is nice. Front desk is friendly. The rooms could use some updating. Shower was in rough shape. Lots of caulk and patches.

I love this hotel because it's always quiet and it's right outside all of the Charlotte traffic and there is a Walmart nearby . The staff is always friendly and courteous

The staff was super over the top friendly! The hotel itself felt outdated and older, but it worked for what I needed. Zero Ubers in the area and food choices were very limited.

Rooms need updating in lighter colors

When you walk into the bathroom and see a giant hairball in the shower - it’s a turnoff. Also the towel rack was coming out of the wall as well as the shower curtain holder. Bed was comfortable, sheets appeared clean - only super positive was constant coffee available in the lobby and great location off the highway.
