We showed up after driving 3.5 hours after getting married the same day. Arrival at 2am and their internet was down so we couldn’t check in. We had a flight at 6am we had to drive around for 40 minutes until someone had internet to check us in. They said they would pay for our stay anywhere we had to go because of this problem and haven’t heard back and have emailed and called.

Very clean and walking distance to Perkins restaurant.

Very clean. Spacious rooms. Hot water for tea and hot coffee available all day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One of my favorite hotels to stay at ever.

Even though it’s newly renovated, the sinks don’t seem to drain well. Our first room did bot drain at all, the second was okay and the third did drain, but it was slow. The continental breakfast was very poor and they only had bagels. It was clean and safe however.

Parking is NOT free as advertised, it was $10 per night and the free breakfast is a bagel or yogurt, hardly a breakfast.

VERY QUIET, CLEAN AND SERVICE ORIENATED NO PROBLEM USING THIS HOTEL IF WE ARE BACK IN SLC AREA AGAIN.

Nice place but staff need training. Was told the shuttle was on the way from the airport. 30 minutes later was told the driver had gone home and to get a taxi. They didn't have my reservation correct, said I was being downgraded because they didn't have the room I reserved, and then the employee didn't know how to get me connected to the wifi so i could work

Was convenient location for what we needed to do. The walls are paper thin. We heard our next door neighbors arguing all evening. Breakfast was not a typical Hilton breakfast. Coffee was horrible. OJ machine set to watered OJ. Very little food options. Definitely a subpar Hilton!

We were forced to do a last minute booking. We were on our way home and were trying to make it that night. Both my wife and I were too tired to continue. We booked through their site and checked in close to midnight. No problems and in no time we were resting in our room. Very clean and the staff was great.

Breakfast was very limited. Bagels, cereal, yogurt and fruits. Elevator was small Entered our room with no hand soap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel filled. Housekeeping did not refill our soap until a couple days later because they only do it every other day. Pool is always closed in the morning to afternoon. Hot tub was acting up Hotel does not accommodate families very well. Always running out of bath towels and breakfast does not accommodate allergies. There is a cafe connected to the hotel but we never went. Night front desk staff was excellent!! The hotel forgot to lock the back doors. We had a sketchy homeless guy sat in the hallway one night. Pay attention to your credit card attached to your reservations, they could be triple charging you for your stay. First and last time I will ever come back.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice. Quiet location near the airport with plenty of easy parking.
