This hotel is excellent - very clean and beautiful ! Breakfast was delicious. I would give the service 6 stars! The staff was super attentive to us during our stay - bringing anything we needed to our room within a minute. They also accommodated our ask for a room upgrade and a late check out. Highly recommend this hotel

Excelente estadía en el a hotel Charleton Santa Teresa. La atención, las instalaciones, los desayunos, el personal respetuoso y muy atento a las necesidades. Es mi segunda oportunidad en el hotel y volvería sin pensarlo.

Me encantó la Limpieza y amabilidad de lugar, hacen la limpieza 2 veces por día , las habitaciones impecables un verdadero lugar para descansar

O hotel é muito bom. Suas instalações são confortáveis, encontra-se muito bem localizado, no interior da cidade murada e muito próximo ao mar. Seus funcionários são cordiais e atenciosos. Além disso o café da manhã é espetacular. Se tivesse que apontar algo a melhorar, diria que o restaurante tem uma relação preço/qualidade que poderia melhorar, mas, no geral, recomendo a experiência de hospedagem neste hotel.

The location is great, the hotel itself is also very good. The breakfast / restaurant location is very enjoyable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was also very nice and the bed very comfortable. The rooftop location by the pool could benefit from additional shade / parasols. This is a minor point but the hotel could do more to disguise the view on the outside air conditioning units when up on the rooftop (not visible from all areas however). Overall a very good hotel in a good location.

Recibimos muy mal trato de Roy y Yarlenis, nos cobraron extra por una menor de 14 años cuando teníamos la reservación de una habitación para 3 personas, desconocieron que mi hijastra fuera la hija de mi esposa pidiendo documentación del padre, fueron mal educados, súper groseros y este hotel no vale lo que cobran, nos sentimos robados y no regresaremos , no lo recomendamos y ojalá que algún general manager supervise el mal customer service de esas amargadas personas Roy y Yarlenis .

This was an amazing experience. The location was perfect and very safe. The staff was top tier and the housekeeping did their thing. Housekeeping came at least twice a day sometimes 3. Every day we stepped into a nice clean comfortable room. The breakfast was included and it was really good. The hotel has some of the best food in the area. The staff from the front door, to the front desk, to the rooftop were all amazing. Only suggestion would be to have a concierge to help plan excursions. This hotel is great if you want to relax and unwind not a lot of activity going on at the hotel but right out side you will have action. We came to celebrate our 3 year anniversary and we stayed for 8 days. It also would have been nice to have the room decorated but we had some language barrier as to what we were requesting. Overall 10/10
