We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria.

Spotless room. Only basic amenities. Very quiet. Great location.

Our room itself was fine other than the small stains on the sheets which we discovered after our first night which was a little offputting. We checked ourselves out pretty thoroughly so the spots of blood were on the sheets when the bed linens were changed prior to our stay, at least we sure hope they were. One thing we found very odd was the lack of interaction with the staff in the lobby. We came and went quite a bit and were seldom greeted either way in or out, even when they were standing behind the check in table. We stay in hotels quite a bit and this lack of interaction is something we have not seen before. A simple hello, or enjoy your day would suffice, but nope. The most interaction we had was with staff we shared the elevator with. We would not stay again.

There is no food or beverage at this establishment however great eating locations all around and easy to walk to. Finn’s is a 40 second walk and it was fabulous. Great food, service and ambience.

The Joint is very loud from 230 am to 4 am Loved everything else

Clean, tidy. Staff friendly (a bit pushy about upgrading my room). Vacuuming outside the room before 8:30 am (wished I could have slept in a little more).

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The price is too high as you actually spent very little time in the room if you are touring around. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are just going to Victoria for a couple of days. But if you are planning to stay longer than a few days then it may be worth the extra money
