Not great compared with other NHCollection hotels. Lack of care & maintenance in lobby areas, toilets and bar. Dried up pintxos and still dried crossants at 4pm. No welcome items - empty cloche no water in the water jars by the welcome sign…. I have photos to prove this.

A well appointed 4 star hotel in central Bilbao. Secure parking available with electric car charging Excellent advice from a Guest services Manager on places to visit and use of the Metro - a great experience! Our room whilst good had a really noisy fridge - so much so we had to unplug it Great breakfast

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur gut, dass das Hotel über eine Tiefgarage verfügt, ansonsten ist eine Anreise mit PKW fast unmöglich. Zwar hatten wir eine Suite, aber das Fenster ging in einen dunklen Innenhof, da wollte man nicht aus dem Fenster sehen. Dadurch war das Zimmer auch am Tag duster und es Frank kaum Tageslicht ins Zimmer. Preis/Leistung passen hier leider nicht.

I had a medical emergency while staying here and I can not say enough about the staff and how well they looked after my family. I would consider no other hotels when coming back here. Truly fantastic.

Internet doesn't work, so you are forced to upgrade to their paid premium, if you want to use it. The rooms are very worn down and ours had a view into a small back alley, so there was no light coming in. The rooms are very badly lit, so it was pretty gloomy in there. Staff were nice, but really not somewhere I would ever return to.
