Convenirntly placed, a short taxi ride, for an evening event in Brighton, Reception assissted to beek taxis. Pleasant airy room with all amenities & 2 chairs!!

This is a great little hotel. Well managed by the friendly owner and his staff. Have stayed here 12 or more times over the years and have visited 3 times this year already. We have family in Hove and this is our go to hotel. Rooms are airy and have opening windows (with restrictors) and being right on the sea front overlooking lawns and the beach the air is always fresh. Always spotlessly clean. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order - not buffet like some of the more expensive options in the area. Parking is limited and can be awkward and you are not guaranteed a space. The Coastliner bus (700) stops right outside the hotel and it is a 6-8 minute ride to central Brighton. It is a 24/7 service ranging from 10-15 mins during day to hourly after midnight. Recommended as great value for money.

Decent hotel, parking is very small so advise would be to check before driving around the back as its difficult to get back out. On site restaurant (Thai) was fantastic, room was a good size and bed was comfy. Close enough to the main town for a gentle walk etc.

Solides Hotel, kostenloser Parkplatz mit sehr enger Zufahrt. Zimmer ist groß , könnte aber modernisiert werden. Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür, zum Pier läuft man ca 40 Minuten. Das Restaurant Mango & Chili ist eine Empfehlung.

Beach front hotel, restaurant, bar, free parking (first come first served) Staffed Reception desk - what more do you really need ? Clean, nice decor, not a noisy hotel - very happy with our stay and the breakfast was great too!

Great view of the seafront from our room, the staff were lovely & helpful. Managed to get one of the parking spaces round the back which saved us a fortune in on street parking charges. The Thai food served in the bar area in the evenings is delicious & not to be missed.

We arrived early and welcomed by 2 lovely ladies in reception . Parking can be tight so we asked their advice and they directed us to capark at back . I had requested the room with walk in shower and that was sorted. Sea view room was so clean and new carpet . Breakfast was cooked to order and very goid

We arrived earlier than we thought and the staff were very helpful and allowed us an early check-in. Later on in the evening we had an issue trying to gain access to the room but the card key wouldn't work, we reported the issue and initially the card was recharged but after trying the recharged key card there was no luck gaining access. We reported the issue to the receptionist and she tried recalibration of the door lock using the computer software but unfortunately that didn't work. We were sat in the little waiting area outside our room whilst she went off to try and contact the various agencies to come and sort the issue. After a period of time I went to find out whether she was having any success as I was in a lot of pain and needed to get to my medication which was locked in our room, I could see she was concerned so she contacted the main man who was just about to go to bed, he came out and after the initial effort to gain access told the receptionist to move us to another room which she did whilst he tried to sort out the door. In the early hours we got a knock on the door and I got my medication from the boss. Unfortunately, he had to damage the door to gain access. When we went for breakfast we saw the receptionist and I thanked her for her help. Whilst in the restaurant the boss came and apologised but to be fair it was a mechanical error not human and he gave us a free breakfast. Thank you for your professional approach to the situation. I definitely recommend
