They always nice and clean. Always get sleep and I am able to get to the max and bus

Very reasonable price, comfortable beds. No bugs btw. I was concerned when I saw that in a review but there was not any. 24/hr service from management. Super nice people in general. $10 parking per night. Nice and quiet stay, comfortable beds. Room has AC and TV.

Room was clean service and front desk was super nice. I have been to different hotels in Portland and I will be honest Broadway inn is the best always had hot water 💦 I have been to hotels many never had hot water but Broadway inn was really good and the best price in my option

The Wi-Fi was a joke.. really only available at the office.. Had to ask for clean pillowcases right away.. Counters were dirty and the toilet seat not attached..so it broke.. I have totally white long hair and their were very short dark Curly hairs in the tub and the mat to keep one from slipping was so old I slipped and had to remove it.. There were holes in the bedding and the whole place looks dirty.. the very old carpet was dirty..I wouldn’t put my bare feet on it.. The location was for us wonderful and there was parking. It was advertised as a bed and breakfast and though there was a dirty fridge.. the coffee machine didn’t even come with water.. We stayed 4 nights.. and really because of the Wi-Fi problem. We will never stay there again.. I told the management of the problems and didn’t even get SORRY.. If you need inexpensive..it is.. but pay a bit more for better.

Staff is awesome

It was great! Very quiet and clean!!!

Check in was easy and smooth. But when i got to my room, i saw that both beds had stains on them, everywhere. Burnt wholes in the sheets. Then the AC stopped working maybe 20 minutes after it was on. The bathroom wasn’t too bad but could use a new shower head, as it looked as if it was gonna just fall apart

The rooms were not clean. The room I stayed was terrible. Bathtub drainage was poor had to stand in water while bathing. Got bitten all over my body by what I discovered were bedbugs the next day. I actually reported it to the owner and he promised to have maintenance spray it. I had a terrible stay due to those bites. I will never stay there even if it is free.

Nice location, comfy bed, the front desk pretty friendly.

There was sticky stuff on the tables and stands! There was cigarette burns in the bedspread, and the coffee maker was too far from the wall plug!

Outdated but ok. They charge for Parking I didn’t like that

Had to pay $60 for parking for 5 nights. Front desk did not tell me at first then was a $12 a night parking fee. Nobody should have to pay for parking when they already paid for the expensive hotel. The area is very getto as well there was a tweeter playing load music and fixing his poopy car in the parking lot for the first 3 nights WOULD NEVER SAY HERE EVER AGAIN

Awful. Was expecting the room to be ready by 3 pm and they hadn't even cleaned it by 6 pm. So I waited, 20 minutes for them to refresh my room. Say outside in the direct sun no shade or water as I was refused water when requested it while I wait. OYO needs to replace the entire staff so that others who book are able to get the basic level of service expected from a 2 star motel.
